We visited this place today and were truly impressed by Simran, who was single-handedly running the entire operation — taking orders, making pizzas, handling customers, and managing the counter — all at once. Despite a steady flow of customers, she remained calm, humble, and genuinely kind. The pizza she made was absolutely amazing — full of flavor and exactly what we had been craving.

If Simran herself happens to be managing the store, that’s still commendable — she’s clearly capable. But if this is how the franchise owners choose to run their business — by leaving one person to handle everything — it speaks volumes about their poor management.

This isn’t a reflection on Simran’s work; she deserves nothing but appreciation, recognition, and honestly, a promotion. The owners, however, should seriously rethink how they operate their business if they want loyal customers and a healthy work environment.

We’ll definitely come back for the pizza and for Simran’s service — but certainly not because of how this...

This place used to be one of my favorite pizza places in Edmonton. And I would order constantly for parties and get togethers.

The quality has gone completely to garbage. Pizza crust is extremely thin and rock hard,almost unedible. You can literally break the pizza in half. I ended up throwing most of it away and apologizing to my friends,what a total embarrasment for me as some of them are italian. They sprinkle some dust on it and call it feta cheese. I gave them a second chance about 3 weeks after as I thought maybe some talentless hack was making the food. But the 2nd time was even worse. I won't be giving them a third.

You didn't just lose me as a customer. But your pizza and establishment was literally the topic of conversation among 10-15 people. Imagine that exponential bad word of mouth.

Freshslice is my go-to spot for delicious, satisfying pizza. I especially love the Chicken Bacon Feast and Pepperoni Feast—they’re packed with flavor and always hit the spot. I usually order through UberEats, where the 2-for-1 deals make it an unbeatable value.

A huge shoutout to Shivangi, who’s featured in the photos—she’s the best! Always friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. The staff here make the whole experience feel warm and welcoming.

The store is clean and well-organized, with a straightforward design that suits the price point and purpose of the place. It’s a great spot for casual dining or picking up something quick, and I’ve even had a few great conversations here while waiting.
