GREAT Mac & Cheese battered triangles..... they were delicious. LOBSTER rolls WAY overpriced even for off-season lobster..... $25.00 Rude young man who served me. Almost laughed at me (could see it in his smirk) when I asked for a description of the food. Rudely pointed to the food pictures on ordering sign above. He had a Eastern European accent & blonde hair. If he was my employee & I saw that type of customer service he'd be fired on the spot. He's not good with "tourists". We were visiting Halifax for 10 days from London, Ontario 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 Steer clear of that young man & Katch Seafood if you want to be treated properly as a human being!!! He LAUGHED at me for wanting my credit card receipt: "No one asks for credit [debit] card receipts"!!! Isn't the "customer always right"? NOT here!!! ❤️❤️ Gordon Alan Whitehead, Junior. Absolutely devastated at customer service embarrassed at the same time only because I had my grandaughter with me !! I was first customer there when they opened today I ordered chicken strips and fries for my grandaughter and poutine for myself.. So I watched other customers get their food so thought maybe my order takes longer so I waited than I got my chicken fingers n fries...thinking ok hes little busy maybe poutine takes longer I watched order after go by me while trying to feed my grandaughter her cold food at this point...than the cook rudely says what are you waiting for Ma'am?? And says snide remark to cashier. By this point I'm upset and tell him to go eff himself and I walked away!! I'm saddened my granddaughter witnessed my behavior but the nerve of him to make me feel like it...

We got a hot dog, a sea dog, and a donair egg roll. I had to try the donair egg roll and a loved it so I went back and bought another! Definitely something fun to try that you can’t get anywhere else (that I know of). The sea dog was a big hit too. The service however was meh…. I was the only one waiting after another couple left and i couldn’t see until after another staff got up and walked over but my food had just been sitting under the counter ledge… while I was there waiting. I know they have at least another location. I’d be willing to try there to see if it’s better. I can see how on the harbour front with crowds and lines that things might not go...
