Very poor quality of food and super slow

First we got our phone answered after 3 phone calls felt like the employee was alone and super busy too and on top it took them over 1 hour to prepare the pizza’s which was 20 mins delayed then actual time which we were not too mad at, but we lost our patience when we received our order.

Secondly when we got the pizzas all 4 large pizzas were over cooked and cheese was burnt and when I told the Girl at the store that the cheese is burnt she said that how she makes Punjabi style pizza. Even though we never asked her to make it well done and I never heard it before that Punjabi style Means over cooked. She did offered that she can cook again but it was already over an hour we have been waiting for the pizza we can’t afford to wait more.

3rd She was by herself and may be a new employee and i think she was super confused and was delaying the orders because of no help. Owner needs to add more staff and need to train their staff before leaving them on their own.

Where to begin the location is great right downtown, that is great it's never been too busy for me. The food is phenomenal, each pizza is made exactly how you want it, it's like the subway of pizzas! The pizzas are personal pan size and you can add any of their ingredients, and it's only going to cost the price that you see you on the board no hidden cost on the extra toppings... the pizza isnt in the oven long before it's ready, The Brownie and the cookie are really good too but make sure you have enough room left in your stomach that you don't end up saving it for later! Top it off the pop machine is not your regular pop machine this is space-age Jetsons pop machine that as vanilla root beer or vanilla cream soda simply mind-blowing and it's free refills. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Some other customer started a fight with me and my friends for standing up for LGBTQ rights and the workers kicked us out instead of the people who badgered us and approached us and started the fight. I realize this was probably due to our age. But the lady (an older blond woman) was definitely ageist and has old views when it comes to LGBTQ. I was astonished and so disappointed that these people still exist, espeaciallu in a society like today where people seem to be more open to new ideas.
