MAJOR MAJOR Letdown for a First-Time Visitor
As a first-time traveler to this club & Montreal, I was really looking forward to enjoy & dance, but what a disappointment! We bought our tickets in advance, thinking it would make things easier, but instead, we ended up waiting over 40 minutes just to get inside in the cold.
Once we finally made it in, I headed to the bar only to find out they had no cocktails. I had to settle for some overpriced tequila shots at $8 each. The real kicker? After all that waiting, the bartender had the nerve to ask me where my tip was. Seriously? I don’t mind giving tips, but let me take a breather after freezing outside for so long!
To top it off, I saw another girl walk up right after me who was waiting with me in line, and he just handed her a drink for free, saying, “It’s on me!” Talk about feeling overlooked and unfairly treated.
All in all, this club was a major letdown. The service was lacking, and the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Not the welcome I was hoping for in a new city! I definitely won't be coming back.

Thank you for replying!! I am still pretty frustrated !! I still believe that the overall experience could have been better. While I understand that your focus is on bottle service and that cocktails aren’t on the menu, it would have been nice to know that in advance.
On the ticket I bought, there was no mention of bottle service only—just that it was a club. Honestly, I’ve been to many, many clubs on this Earth and have never encountered a no-cocktails policy if it’s a bottle service venue. It might be your exclusivity, but it caught me off guard.
As for the $8 drinks, it may be considered low for the area, but when you’re just trying to grab a drink and end up buying four shots due to the no-cocktail policy after waiting outside in the cold for so long, it felt a bit steep. The wait time was frustrating, and while I understand it was a busy night, I did reach the club around 12:10am and then waited for a long time.
Regarding the tipping situation, the approach was very wrong. To my knowledge, there is no law stating that tipping is mandatory,it is only recommended based on the service provided. However, being asked about a tip before ordering my drinks felt very...
Read moreMain bouncer was horrible along with the blonde girl host. Their service at the front door set the tone for the night for us. No amount of money or free alcohol or any form of compensation will make us come back. They represent the club at the door and the basis of just being humble and respect were hugely lacking.
We weren’t part of a guest list initially and then got added in to our friend’s guest. Got in line to go in with no guest list and main bouncer said the only way to get in is buy a bottle, have table and/or be part of a guest list. We left since we were only 4 and wasn’t enough people to get a bottle. We came back once it was confirmed we would be part of the guest list from our friend. got back in line and main bouncer gave us attitude thinking we were being sneaky. As we tried to explain, he didn’t want to hear and shut us down. He wanted to showcase power and told us even if we are part of a guest list, he will make us wait 10 more minutes just for explaining/“talking back”. We waited and for the sake of not making a commotion, we just shut up and didn’t bicker. My friend asked the girl host how long we had to wait as she was making other people get in before us even though we were first in line and she said if we ask more questions we will wait even longer. The disrespect and lack of humility was enough for us to leave but we already had friends inside so we waited and then got in.
Main bouncer and girl host are the people you don’t want to deal. Their jobs were poorly executed! WOULD NEVER EVER GO AGAIN. I never write reviews but their lack of professionalism and way of talking with their “power” position shows that this club is not worth it. GARBAGE. In the past 10 years of clubbing, they...
Read moreOn Friday, we attended the event with a guest list. We arrived at 10:45, dressed according to the theme in heels. However, we were asked to step out of line because one person from our group was missing. The staff assured us that once the missing person arrived, they would allow us to enter by bypassing the line on the side since we already did the line.
Despite their initial promise, when we attempted to re-enter, the staff refused to let us pass, did not provide any justification for their decision, and claimed that where we were standing was an exit. We complied with their request to redo the line, noticing that other individuals, particularly those who appeared to be white, were allowed to bypass the line exactly where the staff had asked us to wait.
Upon reaching the front of the line and being asked about the number of people in our group, we informed the staff that the guest list was for 10 people, but we were only 8. Despite this, we were informed that we were too many and would need to pay for 2 bottles to enter, which was not a condition stated in our invitation. The bouncer informed us that he had the authority to decide who pays and who does not.
In an attempt to resolve the issue, we requested to speak to our contact, but the bouncer refused, asserting that his decision regarding our payment was final and could not be overridden. He then asked us to leave to accommodate the people behind us. It was disheartening to experience such treatment, especially as a group of 5 black girls and 3 Asians. We felt compelled to express our disappointment, noting the irony that it often feels necessary to conform to certain stereotypes to receive respect, even from individuals within the same cultural or...
