Ichiban Sushi Express — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

Today I came in around 7:50 super ecstatic to order something as I work in the casino and all my colleagues told me their food is fantastic, as soon as I walked up to order the man working yelled at me and said WHAT I then was taken back but was not sure if I took it the wrong way therefore I proceeded to ask about a menu item and ask what exactly was in one of the meals they serve as if their was a item in one of their meals I was kindly going to ask to have it removed from my order , I had a 20 dollar bill in my bag ready to give as a tip and after asking about what was in one of their meals the man looked at me and just said it was a rice bowl with a very very angry tone I then walked away frightened as well as upset as I was super excited , they have fantastic reviews maybe I caught someone on a bad night but very scary experience I was...

Stayed a couple of days in Niagara with my family (2 adults and 4 kids) and this location was our go-to place for lunch and dinner, we all tried different dishes and everything was great considering this is an express sushi place! Food was delicious and healthy and reasonably priced. Cook/server was super nice and friendly. Please ignore the negative reviews written here, some were outright unfair and/or racist. I ordered a bento box that clearly showed a specific roll on the menu. However, instead of serving what was pictured, the staff substituted the roll with inari sushi that had been left at the front. When I asked why the food didn't match the menu, I was told that the contents "change from time to time." Only after I insisted on receiving what was shown on the menu did they reluctantly replace it.
