For the server who dealt with me, i am so terribly sorry i put this review so late. BUT AS promised madam. i'd like to say one thing about this place. the service is inexplicably great. i cant say i have had such a good time talking with anyone during my time waiting for my food. i asked about their beverages, and she knew exactly how to explain it. she was well prepared. .and miss yes this is the guy who was covered in dry paint. when i was down for my visit, i had seen bar burrito a many of times, and when i ordered my burrito, i cant even explain it, i dont recall what i had, i just know it took me 3 sit downs to eat a large burrito. and of course it was magnificent. i have eaten at a many of restaurants and fast food places and once was a cook myself. the guacamole was a very mild but satisfying flavor. also i would like to mention the service was fast while maintaining all of this. another fellow entered in after me, and sure as all service seems, she was just as wonderful to him. what a way to have a lunch during the work day. pleasant food and pleasant people. thats how a restaurant is supposed to be, no matter what kind. bravo to the counter lady, and bravo to whoever (If anyone) Trained her. :)
Long note short. next time im in niagara, im deffinately stopping in for a burrito and a beer. i have no reason not to. i mean my meal was a large burrito, which was about 14 bucks with my drink. so, thanks guys, keep up the good work. the...
Read moreAbsolutely disappointed with my visit to BarBurrito. The service was horrible from the moment I walked in. The staff had a terrible attitude — no greeting, no smile, just pure arrogance like they were being forced to work there.
I asked for an item clearly listed on the menu and even saw it in stock behind the counter. But the staff rudely told me it was “out of stock” without even checking properly. When I politely questioned it, they got defensive and gave me serious attitude. Turns out they did have it, but only wanted to give a small portion. What kind of service is that?
The quantity they served was a joke — barely any rice, and the wrap was falling apart. I paid full price for something that looked like leftovers.
This store really needs to train their staff on customer service and honesty. Never going back, and wouldn’t recommend...
Read moreStopped by BarBurrito Niagara Falls hoping for a solid veggie burrito. What I got? A sad little tortilla barely holding together three beans, two strips of pepper, and enough rice to feed a toddler. Honestly, I’ve had bigger snacks on airplanes.
Flavor? What flavor? It tasted like someone whispered “vegetables” near it and called it a day. I’ve had more exciting food at hospital cafeterias. And don’t get me started on the staff — they looked like I personally ruined their afternoon just by ordering.
I paid full price for half a meal and left still hungry, confused, and slightly offended.
If you’re a vegetarian, or just someone with functioning taste buds and an appetite, do yourself a favor: walk right past this place. You’re better off eating napkins from the...
