Our server name was Iris (her name tag was flipped over unlike everybody else, I had to ask another employee for her name), she asked us what we want to drink so I asked if the drinks are complimentary or not (never dined at this restaurant before and some other casinos offer complimentary drinks at their Noodle Bars so was it too much to ask?)? She gave us attitude right away, telling me this is a restaurant, usually that's how it works (as if I've never been to a restaurant in my life). So we asked what are the drinks selections? How can we choose if we weren't even presented the options? She said the hostess was supposed to give us a drink menu and this is like any other restaurants, they have the usual pop, juice, etc? So I guess I have to assume that the cocktails offered at this location are the exact same standard ones they have everywhere else! With that kind of attitude, I didn't feel like ordering any drinks anymore so I asked for a hot water but my husband ordered a virgin caesar, which she responded by emphasizing, "so no drinks for you, JUST a hot water!" Once again, I guess it is mandatory to order a drink these days! I asked her colleague if they have a comment card that I can fill out, she said they didn't have that. I asked her for our server's name. I told her she still hasn't returned to take our orders. She told me it was very busy and please be patient. I understand it was peak dinner hours and servers might get frustrated but it's still not an excuse to be rude to your customers. Afterall, you work in the service industry. If you can't handle that, I think you are in the wrong profession. I think that colleague tipped her off afterwards sensing a complaint coming her way. Of course Iris changed 180 in her attitude but after that whole incident, it already left a sour taste in my mouth. As commented by other guests in previous reviews, noodle broth for both Chinese noodles and Japanese ramen were bland, using Chinese chasiu (roasted BBQ pork) for Japanese ramen (weird!) and for the price they charge, not much eel in the fried rice. The quality of food is mediocre so with this kind of experience, I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant anymore. Please have proper training with your staff on...

I want to start off by saying the service was wonderful. Our server, Yanna, was a pleasure. The ambiance was okay. Was reminiscent of a high-end food court.
Now to the food. I want to start off by saying it wasn't bad. However, when you account for the cost of each dish... it was horrible.
The sushi was okay. Something I would associate with any strip mall sushi restaurant. It was evident they tried to use nicer ingredients. However, it seems like they take care of their fish like a five year old takes care of a hand me down bicycle. Was nice once, but after a lot of abuse, it's kinda lost its luster. For $41 for 8 pieces of Nigiri and a salmon roll... I would suggest you pass and hit the sushi bar in the food court one floor down.
For the noodles bar, this was the most ridiculous of all. 30 dollars for a chow mein that even the always disappointing Mandrin would surpass in taste and quality.
If the prices were more reasonable, I probably would have done a 3 or maybe 4 star, but for this.... nope.... go to the food...
Read moreToday I went to the noodle bar for my earlier dinner. The rules for the manu adjustment has been changed, which is you only can order from the manu as it is. Surprised me was the waitress Jing Yi and chef Zhen Rong, both of them spent a while with very nice patience to explain why they need to chang the rules. This makes me feel very comfortable. I am always happy with the Fallsview casino customer service since day one. The following is my review for the noodle bar eight months ago. You may see they always appreciate you come.
Since last year April I have been dining in the noodle bar for many many times. The every waitress or waiter is very friendly. They always help me to meet my special needs because my health issues. The atmosphere there is very pleasant. One young lady Helen works both the noodle bar and the golden lotus. She always say hi to you and ask you anything she can help when she see you there.
