We went to pasalubong everytime i want to eat filipino food. Specially this days because i was pregnant and earlier my experience was a worst service I've had. We went there for lunch after my doctor's appointment and one of the staff named "rose" if I heard it right, take our order and she missed my order. i ordered hotdogs and bangsilog because i was craving for that she only serve the hotdog and we waited for 30 mins and when i ask how about my bangsilog she said she didn't include it her excuse was she thought i changed my mind because i was laughing with my husband which is none of her business!!!!!why she didn't repeat my order so that my order was clear. instead of apologizing for the missed order she blame me for that. is that how you give customer service? And sadly i need to wait for another 30 mins again and other staff served my food and no apology recieved from "rose" she's not supposed to be in the front service area she didn't know what customer service is!!!! And one of the customer in other table is also pissed off to her because he called for a advance order but still he needs to wait for his order too! Take an action for this she supposed to retrain again how customer service works and it should be!!!
