If I could give ZERO stars after how the staff at this location agitated me last night, I would....
Attended this location today for a simple task, pick up an online order. Told the agent at the cash that the owner had kindly given me a $20 CREDIT on my account from a previous order that wasn't cooked well, so I would like to pay for my order with that. My order total was $19.20, the credit $20, I should owe nothing. I was told it would be an additional 3.95. I asked why. I have a credit that would cover the total. I was first told "it was something new in the computer that you cannot apply 2 promotions at once so the system.charges the full price of the items instead of the online coupon/bundle". I said that was not correct. I have used credits many times before , a credit and a coupon are NOT the same. A coupon is a discount, a credit is a form of payment. Brought another team member over and continued to argue with me that I "owed another 3.95 for the full price items, you can't have an online coupon offer with a store manager credit applied to it", as he covered the actual amount at the bottom of thr receipt with his hand and pointed to the pre-discount amounts.
Again, I reiterated that this was incorrect and whatever the "computer was saying" was wrong. Went to get my debit card and when I returned I could see the two men who served me huddling and whispering in the corner with their backs to me. I paid for the order because I was exhausted and just wanted to.go home but told them that I wanted the detail receipt in his hand. So AFTER I paid the 3.95, the liars gave me the receipt and it clearly states my order with the online bundle for 16.99 plus tax was 19.20. When I went out to my car, one of the staff who was behind the counter went out to another staff member next to their car and began pointing his finger in my direction, surely relaying what he observed. So thieves overcharging customers from a legitimate receipt, listening to the computer instead of common sense, because that's what IT told them to do. I'll never go back here. I don't deal...

We placed our order at 1:15pm and our email confirmation said it would take about 24-34 minutes to arrive. The pizza came close to an hour later, which is not that big of a deal, the issue was that the driver was resisting to show us the pizza before we paid and when he did, the pizza was ice cold, dry and looked like it had been sitting out over night. We called the location immediately to let them know about this issue and were first offered a store credit which we declined and opted for a fresh pizza instead. The âmanagerâ said that it would take about an hour for the new pizza to arrive which we agreed would be fine since we were trying to cooperative even though we werenât at fault. This was at around 2:20pm the latest, 3:45 comes around and our pizza is still not here, I call the store again and ask them whatâs going on and if they are playing some sort of game with us bc itâs been more than an hour now we have been waiting for our pizza to arrive AGAIN. The âmanagerâ says that he sent the delivery driver with our pizza a couple mins ago and that he should be there in another couple minutes. Our pizza arrives after 4pm and the driver asks my manager if this pizza is ok now and if it is good enough and warm enough for us and she said yes and he left and took the old pizza with him as well.    Read moreI have been ordering from this location for years with no issues. I'm assuming they are under new management as the guy who claimed he was the manager I didn't recognize at all. Had an issue with my order so I called in and was treated very poorly the man actually argued with me over my food being the standard size. I order the same thing all the time it's never this small, the cheesy bread. He continued to argue and then offered a credit I declined and asked for a remake because I'm hungry and want the full size of my food. Takes almost an hour to get the replacement and the driver is even ruder. I answer the door and he's like oh you again more food already, I replied no it's a remake and he questioned me for free? I said yeah that's typically what happens when a mistake is made and he laughed and walked away. This is the worst service I have ever received from there so I called to say as much and they answered and hung up on me twice without speaking a word and then just left my call ring until close, about 10 mins. This location is going downhill and dragging the dominos name through the mud with lack of knowledge to make the food and lack of customer service. The remake was not good either.
