OPA! of Greece Midtown Plaza — Restaurant in Saskatoon

Sorry to say, I never wanted to let myself down to post this but I have to because I as a customer paid for my order.

I bought flafal wrap with fries, but the fries were too sour and salty that I cant even able to eat one and had to garbage all of it and the guy offered me the new one but my break was about to get end and I asked its okay I'll take another day, to this I was okay..! because even I am also the employee of food court , we can understand that things happen but when I asked to rectify my order , the other day, the girl completely refused me to give me my meal fries and said, to come next time.

What were you thinking , I asked for free fries? No bro, I paid for it, Well, great job guys, serve according to the class. I know I was your ex employee but that day I was your...

I placed a lunch order for a corporate event with 18 guests and received wonderful feedback! My order included Greek salad, rice, potatoes, wraps, skewers, pita and Opa! fries.

Firstly, I just want to extend my sincerest appreciation to Jagjiv for all of her efforts. I am based in Ontario and she was so easy to coordinate with. My team could not stop raving about the food. We were quite a large group, including a couple of vegetarian and gluten-sensitive guests, and this was accommodated effortlessly. Jagjiv went above and beyond and even separated the olives and cheese for the salad to ensure a positive dining experience!

Thank you again for your catering services. I will absolutely be reaching out for future events in Saskatoon....

I hope the MANAGER sees! On 21 October midtown common outlet (writing this rivew just sitting in front of the outlet , coz I felt it should be shared with public)I visited this place by 6:30 and my food was literally just thrown on there table top , I was standing in just front and watching ,no words said like here is your order or just say pick it , what is this behaviour .. I felt insulted the moment this *B (short skinny indian/srilankan who served on that day) took my order , whe was very rude and showed a behaviour why did you come to order as there was only just half an hour left to close the place ...worst customer service ever .. Food was nice no complaints on that part , I hope opa hire...
