This has to be the worst McDonald’s I have ever eaten at. First time going in I ordered on the computer waited 25 min for them to acknowledge me and the person working the cash register was more interested in his friends that were hanging out than helping customers. Tonight I ordered a quarter pounder meal with extra cheese a Mc double and 2 apple pies, everything was great until you had an employee wave her hands like a crazy person then yell have a good day like I had an issue 🤨 hey fair enough let’s have fun while working right I get it :) but then as I sat in the parking lot to eat as I type This my fries were laid flat not packaged properly so guess what they all dumped out into the bag lol no big deal I have had fries from a bag many times. Let’s get onto the burger part. What on earth are You guys doing here? Meat was super dry like cardboard and the bun was so hard I could run over it and it wouldn’t even crumble. Not one burger but 2 😂 can you guys change the syrup for the pops as well. Let’s put some effort into quality please and thank you as I am now local to the area now and I love escaping from the family to have a fast food meal. If I was the owner I would be absolutely ashamed of this location. Better yet maybe I should open a franchise restaurant and over take the town? Food for thought I guess. Am I hard a critic ? Maybe but I also take pride in what I do for a professional career. Anyways the staff is un professional food is gross let’s smarten up get some managers in their that care should solve the problem for you. FYI I threw all the food I purchased out, it’s in the garbage where it belongs. And why is there a specific group always there hanging out every single night it seems? Oh that’s right he’s an employee of Your restaurant as I have my ways into...
Read moreI suppose in fairness, I very seldom eat anything other than breakfast sandwiches from McDonald's as I am not a huge fan of their food. So it is going to be hard for me to give the food a big number, but the part that alarmed me was the condition of the restaurant and the poor service.
We lost power at our house while I was roasting a chicken for dinner. After waiting for the power to come back on for a bit, it was decided we were going to have take-out of some sort. As I don't normally use the Sidney McDonald's I was very focused on finding the kiosk to get an order in and did not take a look around the restaurant. Once my order was placed and I was waiting I started to look around and realize the state of the restaurant. There was someone who looked to be the shift manager, but they were tied up on what looked to be a phone conversation on the headset so not in a position to offer any kind of service. Other than that one person there appeared to be nobody else in a position to help the front of the house. My bag of food was eventually put up on the counter and my number called. I had to ask for cups for my drinks. There were no napkins out, no little containers for ketchup, nobody to ask for ketchup packages and when it came to needing a drink tray I just reached over the counter to grab one myself.
Once I was this far into being dissatisfied with my experience, I stopped to look around the dinning area and was very surprised to see pretty well every table in the dinning area dirty. It was quite a shambles for a McDonald's as they are pretty regimented in keeping things clean. In fairness I have no idea what staffing woes they may have been having that evening, but it did appear to be well below what McDonalds woukd want yo see from one of...
Read moreAbsurdly slow, regardless of what time or day it is. Staff waves hands at things instead of talking. Forget using the drive through, it's always a lineup wrapped around the building. Again, this is at literally any day or time.
I waited about 10 minutes just to order as the only person in line. When I finally got my order another 10min later, it was completely wrong. My quarter pounder with cheese (no pickles no onions) was now a quarter pounder with cheese, minus cheese, plus bacon(?), extra onions and pickles.
Good thing I got this to go and only found out when I got home with it. There is at least 4 staff there with 3 customers in store and a line of cars jammed up in the drive through. There's no way this should make the store come to a permanent halt.
Only go here if you have absolutely no choice and you have nowhere to be anytime soon.
This is the second slowest mcdonalds I've ever been to in my life, the first being at the Alonzo Wright bridge in Gatineau Quebec with a whopping 45min...
