ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!
Me and my partner were in the area to grab some lunch. Insanely hungry we’d checked Four Brothers out. Prior to this we’d been in the area for a couple months now, the art on the outside of the joint caught our eyes.
We order our food, the wife who’s working the register is reassuring that’s she’s heard everything by repeating what ever ordered. A Panzerotti one deep fried, with pepperoni and onions. One baked with mushrooms, green peppers, onion, pepperoni. Easy.
The first red flag was, the cook. The husband of the cashier wasn’t wearing a mask. Handling food while in a pandemic, other people came (I assume owners, or family) Also not wearing any mask walking around the entire place. Love some omni-cron on my slice! ;)
So we order our food and wait, and wait, and wait! 20-25 minutes later (Bare in-mind told us 10 minutes) We finally get our food. (The place is dead, only people waiting on food btw) Food finally gets here. She thanks us, we leave. Check the bag, no cutlery, no napkins, panzo’s not labelled. We don’t know who’s is whos.
Have to go all the way home to eat it, turns out they completely messed the order up, put the mushroom order in the fried one, put my order in the baked one.
For a place that has 0 business you’d think you couldn’t mess up an order like that.
Not only that the fried panzo is unbelievable hard to eat with the amount of oil coming out of it. (CHECK THE PHOTOS)
$40 DOLLARS FOR ALL THIS DELIGHTFUL EXPERIENCE. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Read moreMy boyfriend and I ordered for a pickup on DoorDash, about 30min into the order noticed that there hasn't been any status change so thought that we'd go in person since it's been a while and we might get to grab it soon. We arrive at four brother's pizza, first, the washroom there is very smelly. Not a good sign when you first open the door. We then go to the front to ask about the order. The server seems lost and told us it'll be 15 minutes, then frantically starts making the food. Turns out they didn't even get the order started at this point. I look around the place and find it to be very poorly maintained - sticky floor, smelly washroom, broken TV screen, an ATM that's taped together with duct tape, and some gunk hiding in the table dividers (which had some fake plants on top, seems like an attempt to hide the gunk instead of cleaning them). We finally get the food and it is very mediocre. If I had just gotten the food without the poor customer service experience and looking at their restaurant, I'd say it's very mid. But now that I've seen the restaurant itself? Very weird experience thinking about eating it given the weird vibes. Still ate it tho cuz we were hungry since it was ready much later...
Read moreVery very disappointed with Four Brothers Pizza. I called last week to place a large order to be ready for 11am today. We had an event at our office in North York, this location wouldn't deliver, so I came to pick these up on my own as we wanted the Pizza skulls for Halloween! I got there for 11, no one was picking up their phone. They called me at 11:20 and said I was able to come in to the store. The food was not ready. I waited until 12pm - they made me an hour late for our work event - no discounts for the inconvenience, hardly a sorry from any of the staff!
Not only was this an hour late to be finished, the Pizza skulls were dilapidated and were not fully cooked! The pizza dough was still uncooked (attached picture). I now have to worry about our staff getting sick off of this and we spent almost $300 at your location.
I called to let the store know about all of this and was told they needed to speak with their manager and no one returned my call.
