Came to visit this Toronto Downtown Hooters during my annual trip to Toronto from Vancouver. I was here during the 25th Anniversary celebration & came again the next evening to visit as I have a long history visiting here annually from Vancouver. Excellent experience as always here. Staff is always professional, friendly, & try their best to make my dining experience exceptional. It was crazy busy on this restaurant’s 25th anniversary celebration, but still maintained pretty good service time, with the same professionalism & great service by the staff. Food was actually good, despite it being very busy! Soup was a bit salty. I came back the next evening to maintain my tradition of visiting this restaurant whenever I can as dining casually in here is fun & is a great place to relax solo, or with friends. Food was enjoyable & the service was exceptional as always. Special mention to my server, Adel, who went above and beyond to ensure that everything was okay & made sincere effort that my dining experience would be smooth. Adel was awesome in her service as I ordered a lot & she got all my orders correct & in the order that I requested. Her service was prompt, courteously friendly, attentive, & very dependably professional in making sure that everything was right. This sure made my dining experience extra-ordinary this year. It certainly was great to have her as my server. Kudos to her for being very remarkable!

Came here with my fiancé for a drink after watching a movie at Scotiabank theatre. The one star rating is for the bartender Hailey who was working and served us at the time and needs some serious training on how to talk to customers. We ordered a beer and a glass of red wine, she brought over the beer and left and never mentioned anything about the wine. About 5 minutes pass and my girl asks politely if her wine is coming, thinking maybe she forgot about it. Her reply was “ya they have to go get a new case you don’t have to be rude”. Complete attitude from a young and clearly inexperienced bartender. I could see my fiancé was upset with those remarks so I called her out on it and told her she is acting very rude and that is not how you talk to customers. If she would have mentioned that they had to go get another case when she delivered my drink, which any experienced bartender would do we wouldn’t have had to inquire about where it was. Apparently after talking to a regular there he said that is kind of how they treat all girls who come in there, so I advise you to avoid this place as there are so many options downtown with better service who will actually value a paying customer. My girl has worked in the industry for 10+ years as a head bartender and there is no way you ever talk to a customer like that.

People, you must go to this place. I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost satisfaction with the outstanding experience I recently had at your Toronto location. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that customer service was a top priority. Serenity, in particular, deserves special recognition for going above and beyond to ensure my visit was nothing short of fantastic. Her attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and genuine dedication to providing excellent service truly stood out. She not only met but exceeded my expectations, making my time at Hooters an unforgettable one. The atmosphere, combined with Serenity's exceptional customer service, created a positive and welcoming environment that left a lasting impression. It's clear that the staff at Hooters Toronto take pride in delivering a memorable dining experience. I want to extend my gratitude to Serenity and the entire team for their commitment to excellence. I will undoubtedly be returning and recommending Hooters Toronto to friends and family based on this stellar encounter. A name beyond kindness and beauty more than gorgeous would be Serenity. Cheers! Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable!

I’m glad to see I’m not the only one that had a very poor experience at hooters today because of the rude waitresses working the patio. I’ve seen many reviews just now about a waitress named Emma, and I’ll be honest I didn’t catch the name of the waitress because we ended up just leaving and eating elsewhere due to how rude she was but I wouldn’t be shocked if it was that same Emma they were talking about (she had very long eyelash extensions and all tattooed). We were a group of three and like the other reviews I’ve read wanted to switch tables because of accessibility issues. First she was rude about the table and said we couldn’t sit there because it was a four seater and we were three, but keep in mind the table she told us we HAD to sit at was also a four seater so how does that make sense? I asked her why that was a problem but she gave no answer. Then she switched that story and said it was because the table was dirty to which we did we’d wait because we weren’t in a rush. She never came back and while we waited at the original table I heard her talking to another waitress working the patio (a blonde) and rudely talking about us and saying “whatever I’m not bussing then”. She then had that other waitress come back and tell us that if wanted the different four seater that we’d have to wait because the waitress covering that area was busy. At that point we decided to leave because we’ve been lied to three times at this point, if she had been honest from the start there wouldn’t have been a problem and we also didn’t feel comfortable eating at a place where the waitress is very clear about their dislike towards you, god knows what she’d do to the food after how rude and nasty she was. I was shocked because this isn’t the hooters environment everyone talks about and we had come all the way from London Ontario for a concert and we wanted to kill time. We did speak to the manager on the way out but clearly he didn’t seem to care much either so maybe he doesn’t care that the environment at his restaurant is so bad. Also if the waitress we had was not the same Emma from the other reviews posted on August 22nd then this location just has very poor service and rude waitresses because how is it possible multiple people had the same exact poor experience at the hooters patio on...

I’m usually not one to leave reviews like this, but the behavior I encountered Hooters was so concerning that I felt it necessary to share. Not too long ago, my wife and I dined at this establishment, and we were unfortunately served by a waitress named Ana.

From the moment we sat down, Ana’s behavior was uncomfortable and unprofessional. She was excessively flirtatious with me, despite the fact that I was there with my wife. This wouldn’t have been such a big deal if it was a one-off interaction, but it became clear that this wasn’t just casual friendliness. Ana's behavior crossed boundaries multiple times during our meal. What made the situation worse was how she seemed to disregard my wife's presence altogether. This was not only disrespectful to me but also extremely uncomfortable for my wife.

However, the real issue started after we left the restaurant. A few days later, I discovered that Ana had found and was actively stalking my social media profiles. She used the name from my credit card (which was on the receipt) to track me down online. This is not just inappropriate; it’s a serious invasion of privacy. After investigating, it’s clear that she had been doing this for a while, and it’s deeply concerning to me that she would use her position in the restaurant to obtain personal information and then abuse it in this way.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any professional setting. I’m not one to jump to conclusions, but when someone crosses these kinds of boundaries, they should be held accountable. It’s one thing to have a staff member who is friendly or outgoing, but it’s a completely different matter when they become intrusive and disrespectful. I hope that Hooters takes this seriously and ensures that no other customers have to experience the same level of discomfort that my wife and I did.

This type of behavior reflects poorly not only on Ana but also on the establishment itself. I’m honestly not sure how the management would allow someone like this to work with customers, and I would expect this to be investigated thoroughly.

For anyone considering dining here, I just wanted to make sure you’re aware of the unprofessional behavior I encountered, and I hope this helps in preventing any future incidents of...

This place really just sucks. Group of 4 and witnessed multiple groups getting their food before us and leaving as well. The food was served cold. One of us fully did not receive our meal. We decided to just go by without it as we waited for a long time without any waitresses coming by the table. Our waitress realized our food wasn’t here and made a face and left lol, no apology either. Really just unprofessional. Every table had salt, pepper, ketchup, and serviettes. Ours was missing everything but pepper and we had to ask the table beside us to borrow their ketchup and salt. Everything just took so long to the point where we were debating just leaving. The food was okay. It’s cheap so I don’t want to complain about that, you get what you pay for. Spicy garlic sauce was decent but tasted like buffalo sauce. Curly fries weren’t curly and had no salt on them but the table salt helped with that. Just overall not a good experience. Wanted to have a good time but I won’t be coming back with the wait times, the uninterested staff and the bad service. Also waited 30 minutes for the bill, irina tried her best but I’m sorry, if the management isn’t there to support their staff it’s on the management. Another gentleman also stepped in to help us but didn’t seem to resonate with why we were having an issue with the service. He said that “he would cover the bill if we wanted to walk out”. I don’t think that’s appropriate. I expressed that we just wanted to discuss the issue we were experiencing and for it to be addressed. Think a lot of work needs to be done on the management here.again, irina is not at fault. But seriously, when customers are describing a bad experience, you should be putting more effort into actually making their experience better, offering a discount, At least apologizing or something. Just cant believe the unprofessionalism, never experienced anything like this in the food industry. Didn’t pay for the bill at the end of the day, after being guilted by the person that “you can leave and I’ll pay for this out of my own pocket”. Seriously just at least acknowledge that you...
