People, you must go to this place. I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost satisfaction with the outstanding experience I recently had at your Toronto location. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that customer service was a top priority. Serenity, in particular, deserves special recognition for going above and beyond to ensure my visit was nothing short of fantastic. Her attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and genuine dedication to providing excellent service truly stood out. She not only met but exceeded my expectations, making my time at Hooters an unforgettable one. The atmosphere, combined with Serenity's exceptional customer service, created a positive and welcoming environment that left a lasting impression. It's clear that the staff at Hooters Toronto take pride in delivering a memorable dining experience. I want to extend my gratitude to Serenity and the entire team for their commitment to excellence. I will undoubtedly be returning and recommending Hooters Toronto to friends and family based on this stellar encounter. A name beyond kindness and beauty more than gorgeous would be Serenity. Cheers! Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable!

The service was super normal but I fear, in a way, it’s rigged. The AYCE wings might be regulated by upper management to arrive slowly, they want you to eat as little as possible. In reality, I think the girls wanted us to win though. Over all pretty good experience but if I wasn’t a long term hooters fan I would give it a three stars because their merch has really gone down hill. Bring back the booty shorts for the average person to buy and up the graphic design. If management ever needs any marketing consulting (i have no qualifications except i feel that I deeply understand hooters vibe) they can reach out to me via google review. Side note: are the bathroom signs low key trans inclusive? Extra side note for gluten intolerance: the staff aren’t super knowledgeable on gluten content in their dishes. one of our friends had an intolerance and asked for the gluten free wings but accidentally ordered gluten sauce. they didn’t warn us but I think that just means that training should be improved on overall for food sensitivities.

Came here with my fiancé for a drink after watching a movie at Scotiabank theatre. The one star rating is for the bartender Hailey who was working and served us at the time and needs some serious training on how to talk to customers. We ordered a beer and a glass of red wine, she brought over the beer and left and never mentioned anything about the wine. About 5 minutes pass and my girl asks politely if her wine is coming, thinking maybe she forgot about it. Her reply was “ya they have to go get a new case you don’t have to be rude”. Complete attitude from a young and clearly inexperienced bartender. I could see my fiancé was upset with those remarks so I called her out on it and told her she is acting very rude and that is not how you talk to customers. If she would have mentioned that they had to go get another case when she delivered my drink, which any experienced bartender would do we wouldn’t have had to inquire about where it was. Apparently after talking to a regular there he said that is kind of how they treat all girls who come in there, so I advise you to avoid this place as there are so many options downtown with better service who will actually value a paying customer. My girl has worked in the industry for 10+ years as a head bartender and there is no way you ever talk to a customer like that.

Disappointing…just disappointing. I’ve been eating this Philly cheesesteak at this location since 2004. Today was the first time I’ve been back in 10 years and my god am I ever disappointed with the Philly cheesesteak. Look at the “cheese” in my photo! Can you say FAKE PROCESSED CRAP? Seriously, the damn thing was barely melted by the time it hit my table. It looked like someone just plopped a piece of cheese outta the wrapper. Second issue being it was 16$. Last time I ate here it was 13$. That doesn’t bother me, what bothers me is that there was considerably less everything for a higher cost. Lastly, our waitress was the definition of “fine”. As in, she did her job. Took our orders, brought our food….looked good doing it. That’s all, no conversation, no checking on our orders, straight basic service. Ya sorry Hooters, been coming here damn near 20 years, today might’ve been my last.

Terrible experience. Ordered the Long Island iced tea. Knew it was going to be bad the moment it was served in a Guinness pint glass. On sipping it, tasted pretty much like pop. Asked the waitress if there was a mix up in the drink as whatever it was I sipped on didn’t have any alcohol in it. Asked her if she could replace it, instead confirmed that was indeed a Long Island and she offered to get alcohol in a shot glass to put into the LI and that’s what she did and is pictured below. One shot glass of not sure what watered down alcohol to pour into 2 long islands. It’s one thing if the service is bad but then when you complain I’d expect them to do whatever it takes to make it better. Can this establishment shut down already. That is a prime location where I’m confident another business can do a much better job of.

Made it on the Monday for the all you can eat wings and got to say it was totally worth the 18.99 price tag that came with it. The wings itself were both tender and juicy and the drinks on the side had nothing to complain about. In terms of sauces, The Spicy garlic is definitely a fireball in your mouth so unless you are really good with spice, I wouldn’t recommend it if you want to enjoy the experience (but personally, I quite liked it). For me, the Daytona Beach wings was the star of the show and one I would highly recommend you try. Other than the food, the atmosphere was what one would generally expect from a hooters. The only place lacking being the service which was a bit lacklustre at times and could’ve done with a bit more engagement. Overall a good experience but could’ve been excellent.
