I am deeply disappointed by the recent experience I had at this Mos Mos location. As a regular customer who visits daily, I have always enjoyed the convenience and quality of the products offered here. However, today's encounter left me thoroughly dissatisfied.

On this particular day, just like any other, I ordered my usual yogurt. I headed upstairs to savor my snack, only to be met with an unpleasant surprise. The yogurt was warm, and upon tasting it, I realized that it had actually expired.

Having no choice, I retraced my steps and went back to the counter to address the issue. I handed the expired yogurt back to the staff member, who mentioned that he needed to check in the back. After a noticeable delay, he returned and confirmed that indeed the yogurt was expired.

What followed was even more frustrating. Despite the clear error on their part, the staff failed to take appropriate action to rectify the situation. Considering they were out of yogurt, I inquired about a refund, which seemed like a reasonable course of action given the circumstances. However, the refund was provided in cash, even though I had originally paid by card. This left me burdened with a pocketful of coins and a growing sense of frustration.

The lackluster customer service I encountered was disheartening, to say the least. As someone who frequents Mos Mos, I expected better. It's especially disappointing when there are four other Mos Mos locations within the building that I could...

In the world we are living in you would expect that companies would want to be more environmentally friendly. I tried to use my own coffee cup and was first told that this was fine but they would first have to make it in a cardboard cup and pour it in to mine. That completely defeats the point of using my cup. Then I was told they could make it in my cup only if I had a black coffee as they could pour the coffee directly into it. I don't understand why it was not possible to also pour milk into it. Even if the milk is steamed it is steamed in a separate pot with a pourer! I am upset that Mos Mos discourages using reuseable cups. Maybe they want the advertising opportunities?! So many coffee cups end up in landfill and aren't recycled. Please let us help the...

Since the quality of their coffee beyond doubt and already reflected in the score, I think it may be more useful for me to list out some of my favourite products. Their Latte is amazing with a thick creamy flavour (which somehow taste very Asian). Grande Cru Macha is an unsweetened version of the regular Macha, with less cinnamon flavour as well, iced version preferred. Nitro Cold Brew is 1000 times better than from Starbucks. Probably each person has its own preference and there are a whole variety of good drinks/food to taste from. And of course, frequenting the store to get a regular coffee with steamed milk is always a good choice, even with...

I pass by Mos Mos pretty much everyday during lunch. Today I finally decided to give a try. I got the matcha latte, while not having high expectations on much difference from Starbucks. However, it really blew me away! It has a unique tastes, which I think is from the chai powder they sprinkled on top, with strong matcha taste. Calories-wise, I think it’s somewhere near 250kcal per small cup, just because it tasted both creamy and sweet. I suppose the sweetness is due to added sugar rather than the sugar within milk itself. (please correct me if I’m wrong)

Best spot in the path for a quick coffee run. This one is the smoothest coffee I have tried in the city. They add more foam on top which gives you the feeling that this cup is hugging all your worries away and prepping you for the day. My favourite there is their mocha. They're very well known for their super quick service. Dare I say that they're faster than Starbucks! Pastries are not my cup of tea, I've tried better.

Best Espresso and Matcha Latte from a cafe chain in Toronto! Get this order, you won’t regret it: The ceremonial grade matcha latte with almond milk and french vanilla syrup, then ask them to top it with cinnamon. Literally addictive. Their doppio espresso is also the best I’ve tried for a chain. Seriously impressive. And the staff are friendly and fast. My go to coffee shop in the PATH.
