Delicious ramen! The temperature was perfect for my sensitive teeth and tongue. Just slurped the noodles away with my girlfriend and her family. Slurping symphony.
We ordered the roasted garlic shoyu ramen, kottori shoyu ramen, spicy white sesame shio ramen, chicken shio ramen, and chicken karaage. Since the first two are common, I'll just say it was what we expected and good quality.
The spicy white ramen is at a good spice level that my girl can handle and the chicken was perfectly juicy and tender! Not dry at all.

Read moreRamen here is incredible and the staff are always so friendly! Ignore the reviews that say the portion sizes are smaller than the main location - that’s not true. I asked about it, and the staff clarified it’s because they only use one bowl size that has to fit all ramen types at the chefs hall, whereas at the other location they use bowl sizes that are made to perfectly fit each specific ramen type and all the portions are measured the exact same way. Read moreTheir ramen is average but by far the most expensive I’ve ever had. A vegetarian ramen with a side of one egg came to $25 after taxes and 15% tip. For $25 you’d expect a huge portion of ramen and maybe the best ramen you’ve had but unfortunately the portions are on the smaller side of any ramen place in the city and the taste is just average. Not worth it, not going back there for ramen. They are located in Assembly Chef’s Hall so the service you get is not a service provided by this specific restaurant, it’s provided by Chef’s Hall to everyone. It’s a pretty cool place so I’ll go back to try...
