Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Toronto

I go to this location (x2 a week) because it's most convenient as a GB student! I wanted to leave a review because I think the staff are so freaking hardworking. I've seen them through NO lines and LONG lines. Always hustling, never slacking. Although their work can be taxing or frustrating, they're always so respectful and polite. I respect them so much.

I think I've frequented this location enough that they recognize me and my order, and get surprised when I order something else lol! As a hungry, studious student, thank you for always feeding me my usual sausage farmers wrap and medium...

Everyone here except for the tall Korean lady is so rude to customers. Service is subpar, minimal selection on menu, orders are mixed up way too often or are not followed as per instructions.

My friend was in a separate line but did not know it was a debit or credit line. The cashier yelled at him and rudely asked him “What do you want”. Pretty sure that’s not a standard greeting.

Korean lady is awesome though, she always gets my order right and repeats it as she gives it out. Props to her.

This is one of the worst Tim Horton in the city I've ever been. The employees are extremely slow, and they often take my order wrong. I have to mention that is one lady who is very pleasant, she smile all the time, and she is the fastest worker there. Sometimes you can stay in a long line for 30 minutes for just a cup of coffee, and cashiers are chatting between them, they don't seems to care that people are waiting in the line. Of course, is the only Tim Horton in the area, people will go...
