Milano Espresso Lounge — Restaurant in Vancouver

Such great coffee but extremely extremely poor sense of music and vocal aesthetics. This is not a coffee shop — it’s a freakin broadway musical or something.

Your interior space is lovely. The chairs, tables, walls — very cool vibe and an absolutely great visual aesthetic. “Chic” is the word. But when you experience the music inside the cafe, it clashes with the vibe. It stands out in a loud and really jarring way.

When thinking Vocal Acoustics, think about what blends in the cafe vibe. What will be subtle, chic and soothing. It’s not what has been playing here blends right in. What has been playing here all morning until this minute is not that.

Another thought — every other cafe in the neighborhood is loud. You can stand out by offering a quiet, rich on conversation atmosphere with your already great coffee and interiors.

Love the Milano espresso bar. It's been one of my favorites for a long time. Have been to all of their locations. They are truly a different level when it comes down to esspresso blend coffee beans. You get to choose from 2 to 3 different options of esspresso blends when you order your esspresso drinks, which is very unique in vancouver. If I don't know them, I usually ask to smell the beans and talk to them about it. One of my favorites is the butter blend, which is out of this world. They usually have 2 kinds of popular esspreso blends and one reserved option, which is the maestro's pick usually for +$0.25 on rotation. They have rotating beans, and all the flavor and taste profiles of each bean they serve and sell are on the walls to check out. You get to learn a lot about coffee just by visiting this place.

An exceptionally high quality products and selection. They serve all sorts of fun flavored mocha lattes, smoothies, sandwiches, and pastries as well. It would have been a great plus and a lovely experience if they'd matched their pastry quality with the high-end...

The best cafe in Gastown. Their sandwiches are fresh and delicious, and the different selection in drinks and snacks and sandwiches are plentiful. My favorite is the latte and the chicken bacon panini.

The staff here are all super friendly and it has such nice ambience and it's a place that you will want to keep going back to, as the staff treat you as a friend, with respect and dignity no matter who you are.

I've seen them give homeless gentlemen sitting outside on the curb, coffee's once in a while in the rain.

🌧 I wouldn't be surprised if they do that daily because that's just what type of quality people work here.
