OPA! of Greece Pacific Centre — Restaurant in Vancouver

Very disappointed in my experience here. I came here for lunch today along with my friends and ordered the Olympus bowl with rice and chicken. What I received was just a bowl of rice with 2 pieces of pita with no chicken at all. When I ordered, I specified I wanted rice and waited to the side as asked by the staff.

However, upon waiting to the side with my friends, I was asked again what I wanted by the female staff, and I came back to tell them I wanted rice, and went back to the side. Then, once it came to my actual order, the male staff who was putting the bowl together waved at me to come back, and my friend also told me that he rolled his eyes at me when I didn’t hear him. I politely told him I wanted all the toppings, and to disrespect me in this manner was simply rude when I was nothing but polite.

It was only when I got back that I realized there was no chicken in the bowl, which was too late. Morale of the story, I like OPA but will never return to this location again due to the rude staff and the fact that I was scammed out of a chicken bowl I paid $10+ for, and just received rice and vegetables. Stay away if you don’t want to be sassed / taken...

I waited in the correct queue to order my food. I was serviced by a young man of South East Asian descent. He rudely told me I was not next but another lady was. I wasn't trying to cut into the queue. The other lady had already placed an order and went up the counter to ask for her food. But still he didn't have to be so rude. Then when I was in line to get my salad, he asked a Caucasian lady beside me if she wanted grated cheese. He didn't bothered to ask me. He prompted started to add the cheese. I told him I didn't want any. But it was too late, he already added some. But not wanting to make a fuss, I just let it slide. This place needs to treat all their guests with respect! Maybe they think a woman of Asian descent is not worthy of any respect at all. I'm rarely treated so rudely at a food court.

The next day, I realized the food I ate wasn't stored, handled or cooked properly. I had some gastrointestinal issues. If you want rude, racist staff and suspect food...well this is the...

Not Recommend this Branch Location!!! So disappointed with there service. Reason behind....11:40am i phoned this location to order 2 of the calamari with greek salad and the other one with rice. The lady that i spoke to have my order said that my order will be ready in about 20mins. What happened was...i was rushing to get there...10mins away from my work place in short I'm still early. When i get there....there's line up and i patiently waited until my turn reach into the cashier....when i told the lady I'm here to pick up my order which is 2 of calamari.... after i waited 15mins in the line up...the casher answered me that my order wasn't ready yet because the person who took my order via phone was not there....then if i still want that order i have to wait another 15mins......I'm really upset because i walked 10min to get there and waited at the line 15mins then i only have 30mins lunch break.
