The food taste is good.

Unfortunately, the quality is very inconsistent. Sometimes the volume of food you get is noticeably different each time, and the amount of seasoning or oil seems to vary a lot as well. For jeyuk bokkeum sometimes it is very oily and heavily seasoned and other times it is pretty bland.

However, the gimmari is the worst inconsistency. The first time I ordered it I was disappointed because for $7.50 you only get these tiny pieces that are not even as long as my thumb. But the next time I bought it I was actually very happy because it was the same number of pieces but each piece was twice as big as before. The next few times I ordered it was still large and worth it (although sometimes they forget the sauce). But the last time i ordered them they returned back to half size pieces. The price did not change nor did the description, so not sure why they keep...

I went to a Korean restaurant hoping to have some decent Korean food, but the server, “SASA,” was extremely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. Her attitude was very unpleasant. Since this is a Korean restaurant, I expected her to understand Korean food names and related details, but she didn’t seem to grasp them. I tried to explain things briefly and clearly, but she responded in a condescending manner. Despite my efforts to help her understand, she continued to behave poorly. Eventually, I had to speak with the Korean owner to resolve the issue and get what I wanted. However, the food turned out to be bland and unimpressive. It felt like paying extra wasn’t worth it considering the quality of the food...

Ordered delivery through doordash. Food Arrived fine by driver, but the container my bulgogi was in leaked from the slightest tilt which was unexpected. Found a soupy mess, sad excuse for bulgogi as I got practically boiled beef. They put aluminum foil inside as well that did nothing to help with containing all the liquid which amounted to around half the bottom tray. Leaked all over my table and floor. Portion was extremely small with barely any beef for $17.50. Also ordered the fried chicken and was also disappointed by portion size. Got 8 small chicken wings coated in a super thick layer of batter. Chicken was overall just okay, somewhat dry and mainly batter .
