horrid. I came for fathers day w my Mother. the food was cold and sad. a cup of ranch cost $900. the cashier wanted to keep $30. the manager took 15 mins to count and bring change. I asked for my cup while we waited for my Mothers change and i was declined. we already paid and i wasnt given my cup. horrid all around. this was my 2nd time here and itll be my Last. $19,970 for cold Burgers and fríes aint cute. not acceptable at all. plus so many heads standing around and the tables are filthy. also i went to the restroom and theres no toilet paper....

Pésimo el servicio. Cuando fui habían muy pocos clientes, tanto así que habían cajas vacias, por lo que me puse en una. Primera mala experiencia, la niña que estaba frente a la caja no me atendía, me ignoraba mientras le hablaba y se ponía a conversar con gente del local. Le tuve que hacer gestos para que me tomara el pedido. Luego de tomar mi pedido y entregarme el número fuimos al segundo piso (estaba con mi polola) y esperamos a que nos entregaran el pedido. Se demoraron casi 40 minutos (en la boleta salía la hora en que se emitió) y aún no llegaba el pedido. Bajé a preguntar que pasaba y me dijeron que ya iba a salir el pedido. A lo que volví a subir. Luego unos 10 minutos le aviso a uno de los chicos que entregaba pedidos a la mesas que porqué se demoraban tanto y si podía traerme el pedido. Después de un rato llegaron los pedidos, pero el mio no era lo que pedí. Mi polola tuvo que almorzar rápido e irse para no llegar tarde a su trabajo, y yo tuve que esperar a que me trajeran bien mi pedido. En total esperé como una hora desde que me tomaron el pedido y me lo trajeran correctamente. Muy muy deplorable y la verdad es que si van a pagar entre 8 y 10 mil pesos en una hamburguesa, mejor que lo hagan en otro local. La verdad es que no vale la pena....

The service is pretty great, the waitress help you with anything from ketchup to an extra fork. I tried the Super star and it was delicious, in abundance of ingredients and the fries was crunchy. Very good taste. However the Guacamole I won't recommended because the thing that has called guacamole it most likely be just tomate than anything. It only has the color of avocado and it's evenx more expensive that...
