I ordered the brooklyn burger. The sandwich was not balanced in terms of sourness, too much dijon mustard on the bottom of the bread. My advice to the chef is to taste his/her own creations once in a while, he or she could make improvements, understand what is better for the season or even tweak the menu according to the weather. Following the line in tastiness of places such as 'La Gloria' I couldn't see myself paying again this kind of money for a burger. Even for 'Johnny Rockets' standard this is expensive. I had to scoop most of the dijon mustard out of the sandwich but as it was soggy it turned out to be impossible. The coffee was decent—not amazing, but good enough. I tried the croissant with smoked salmon and it was great.
