I have been resoundingly impressed. I truly loved the meals (three) that I have had here - in the span of 72 hours in Puerto Natales. The staff are incredibly friendly and provide high quality service. The atmosphere is lovely - when it’s slower the ambiance feels quintessential to the food and when it’s busy it doesn’t feel packed. And the food, the food! The food is excellent. It starts with the delightfully simple bread, paired with a caramelized onion mayo and a delicious salsa. While I haven’t had the whole menu, over the course of my meals I tried the sirloin steak, the lamb stuffed pasta, the salmon carpaccio, and the salmon ceviche. All four were hands down - fantastic.
