My experience here was really good. The coffee was good and the lunch I had was also well filled and tasty.
Something went wrong when I wanted to pay. The terminal didn't work the first time so I tried again. Afterwards I looked at my bank statement and I saw that I accidentally paid twice. I went back the next day and showed the waiter. They called the bank and reassured me that the money will be returned by the bank.
It's 5 weeks later and still haven't received my money. They ignore my messages (in the beginning they replied kindly). I think is very sad that it went like this because I liked the cafe and the service. Hopefully they contact me after reading this because I could really use the money...
Read moreA great view of the water in Puerto Natales and the coffee was amazing. The ladies in the morning were friendly and very helpful but when we went back right at closing the gentleman would not sell us a sandwich from the case (though I think the girls wanted to).
The only challenge with coffee/breakfast in general is that most places in Puerto Natales don't open until 9-11am whereas at home coffee shops open at 6-7am allowing you to grab something delicious before a day full of adventures. You can stay for hours and do some writing/thinking.
Cons: Avoid the food. It’s not good at all. The workers are nice but absent minded. They may or may not bring your order. It might take up to half an hour. They may forget parts of it.
