Holy Moly — Restaurant in Santiago

Great experience. The bar is lively and loud (thanks to the nearby university) and has a lovely, busy vibe. the bun – so fresh, it's like it was baked with love and dreams. The beef patties? We're talking big, juicy, and seasoned with enough pepper to make your taste buds tango! Now, the toppings – simple, but oh-so-perfectly executed. The jalapenos bring the heat and a zesty zing that just bursts with each bite. And yeah, it's a bit of a delicious mess with all that melty cheese, creamy mayo, and those irresistible burger juices. And the crew here? They're the cherry on top – super friendly, super welcoming. They make you feel like you're part of the Holy Moly fam from the moment you walk in....

Five stars is absolutely not enough for Holy Moly. I'm from Texas which is the beef and burger capital of the world, so I confidently say the burgers here are as delicious as anything I've ever eaten back home. The beef is savory and perfectly salty. They cook medium rare to perfection. The toppings, buns, and fries are wonderful. Although the fries needed a touch of salt, they're perfectly fried. Service is excellent and staff even speaks a bit of English. You can sit on the main floor or downstairs. Try a cocktail because they're cheap and also well made. Seriously, this is one of the best burgers I've had...

Vegan blue cheese “not burger”, amazing. regular cheeseburger, amazing. Fries, amazing. Beer, amazing. Ranch sauce, amazing. Coleslaw, amazing. So much flavor, everything so yummy! Albany was a great server very nice!!

My only complaints are that the fries came out a while before the burgers and the coleslaw was late. Wish the burgers would come with fries, because who is ordering a burger without fries?? I think it should be a given. Next time I would tell them to bring everything out at once....
