Buffalo Waffles Merced — Restaurant in Santiago

Very small place where only two or three person can be inside for choosing and pay. There is a waiting list that is not that fast as we would like but depending on the time of the day. We wait 10 minutes. Not that bad! There are not too many options but that is great. They kept it simple and I appreciate it for my fists time there. About five salty options and just one sweet option. And some soda drinks. After the waiting you have to look for a spot to eat your “waffle wrap”. Not too many options to have seat over there. Some chairs from the local but as I said...not that much! For sure I will come back to...

Great options and a very hearty serving with interesting fillings. Unlike other reviewers, I think if you come at off-hours there's a much shorter wait. I think it took about 10 minutes at 4 pm on a Tuesday.

Not much seating, but the wrapping is such that you can walk and eat it for the most part. Maybe a little messy depending on the sauce.

Waffles are a delight and their menu is great both for sweet or salty options. Service took a while and they told us there where 50 minutes of wait after we paid, so we were kind of hands tied. Nevertheless the waffles were great and worth the wait. The only setback is that there are not enough spots to sit outside the local, but from a that you can figure out how popular...
