During my 3 month long stay in Chile, I always made sure to go to La Ruta Del Waffle whenever I was in Santiago. Undoubtedly my favorite place to eat with celiac in the country, and easily top 5 best gluten free restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. I always enjoyed talking with the owner, a friendly man whose sincerity and kindness was truly heartwarming.

I didn't expect much before visiting but I was pleasantly delighted once I began drinking my smoothie! They make great drinks. Only natural fruits and berries are used to make them.
