Pro: Good decorations, the dessert was the star of the night
Con: the rate of food coming out is slow. Too expensive for what they are serving.
We went for the valentine special for the occasion. The food was good but not outstanding, but the way they plated surely pleasant to the eyes. The service of the food was slow, the starter and main course took half an hour... also, nothing more annoying than collecting our plates went we have our knife and fork down. Especially one person finished and the other hasn't.

Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at The Conservatory on Nov 29 and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance is both elegant and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a memorable meal.
What truly stood out during our visit was the outstanding service provided by the staff. The bartender Miel and our server, Malou, were incredibly attentive and ensured that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect.
To top it all off, we were pleasantly surprised when Malou and Miel arranged a complimentary birthday cake for my daughter. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made her day even more special. The cake was delicious, adding a sweet touch to our celebration.
Overall, The Conservatory is a gem in Macau, offering not only fantastic food but also exceptional service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience. Thank you, Miel and Malou, for making our visit...

Dessert and pastries were a hit but some food dishes not so much. Portuguese Egg Tart was very yummy until the last bite, Lemon Cake was okay but felt a little old and Pata Negra Poppy Seed Bread it was more of a big piece of ham than actually Pata Negra.
• Eggs Benny Hollandaise sauce need to be well prepared. It tasted like pure vinegar definitely not something you want to be experience whatsoever.
English Breakfast and Bacon Sandwich were decent size and delicious until the very end.
Ps. Walk a little more into the hotel and you’ll find better options of breakfast, brunch or...
