Ajisen Ramen is widely regarded as a restaurant that doesn't quite hit the mark, and after giving it a try today, I can confirm that it lives up to its reputation. Unfortunately, the food was indeed disappointing and far from enjoyable. To make matters worse, the prices are quite high, which makes the overall value for money very low. If you're craving ramen, I would recommend exploring other options that offer much better quality and taste. There are plenty of places out there that can satisfy your ramen cravings without breaking the bank.

The food was nice but not amazing, as I expected from such a place. It arrived quickly. The tables were not very clean. A QR code is scanned which allows you to order online, however there was not an option to translate the page, so I struggled to order and had to ask another guest to translate to English😄. Of course, I have no expectation for the page to be written in anything other than Chinese since I am in HK but something to be aware of for foreigners.

Ramen is delicious but the service is getting worse and worse. Apart from zero menu provided other than the user-unfriendly online menu, the gyoza I ordered took 30 minutes to come. >25 tables in the restaurant but only 2 waiters—seriously understaff. As a fan for >20 years I sincerely hope that Ajisen Ramen can improve these.
