Was seated at the bar and there was absolutely no service…

10 minutes after being seated and no service later, we had to (difficultly) flag a waiter down and ask for the menu…10 additional minutes go by and still no table water or waiter asking if we were ready?

We ordered 2 beers and only 1 arrived so we had to remind the staff of our missing beer?!

We also requested to be seated on a normal table when one was made available and the waitress said she would go check and let us know but never came back. Several other parties seated at the bar after us were eagerly led to a lower table when available…

No one came back for our food order so we had to yet again flag down a waiter (which was still difficult as it seemed no one could see us on the high bar tables?!)

Wanted to order another drink at 9:33pm however the waitress said it was already last call but no one informed us prior... (we were sitting by the bar?!)

Not even going to review the food as the service alone will make us never go back. Overall very missable.

Also lots of bugs (cockroaches and fruit flies) around...

All I can say is that their customer service needs improvement. Servers forgot our drink three times in a row (not sure what do they do after they take our order and say okay so make sure they have an iPad with them😑) and in a previous visit they charged us two extra drinks that we didn’t order so we had to amend it multiple times and they seemed upset. Be sure to read your receipt or bear the risk of getting charged extra drinks 😂 It’s pretty much a whole team with a lack of direction without proper training and management especially in such a high paced environment. Otherwise, the food is a good and their happy hour is a good deal. Personally, their frequent negligence is a turn off but I come because my friends like it here and their fries and Monday muscles deal is quite nice to complement their beer. This restaurant s interior is so cool! Just like Harry Potter s scene. The interior got high ceiling, it is rather spacious and cozy.

The steak and egg $238 The steak cooked medium, it is pan fried and with a bit thickness. The steak is rather tender and not dried, with a bit meat juice and the meat flavor is good. It comes with potatoes , eggs and salad.

The crab scramble $176 The portion is so generous! I can only finished half of it. The toast topped with mashed avocado and cucumber with crab meat in salad dressing , covered with scramble eggs. The scramble eggs are so smooth and not oily at all, together with the cucumber, it adds a bit freshness to the eggs and avocado, overall is very satisfying.

Flat white is smooth, coffee is not acidic nor bitter. Service is good and we had a good...
