Very dissapointed of the service I got. Went there with a hope to enjoy coffee and the view from 9th floor, the situation was crowded, but I managed to find a table, but before sit I ordered a cup of coffee, then the sfaff said that there is a minimum order per people if I want to dine in. I was surprised because actually that's the first cafe in HK thay I visited that asked for minimum order. Then I asked, how much is the minimum order, then he said I have to order 1 drink and 1 bakery / pastry. Because I didn't want to eat something so I decided to just take away the coffee. I actually want to sit there and dissappointed why I cannot sit just because I just order 1 coffee. Then my sister came and because she didnt believe of the minimum order, so she asked the other staff (woman). The staff then said that theres no minimum order as long as you have ordered something. I cannot believe this. Why a staff can say something different to me before? I actually understand if the cafe has minimum order rule because I saw so many visitors in a group and brought the laptop so I think they will sit for hours so the cafe will have less other visitors who can sit. But what I dont understand is why the staffs said different things? which one is correct? If no minimum order, then why he said those things to me? Just Randomly? Or because he thought I will sit for hours so he didnt want me to just order 1 coffee ? Did he didnt want me that much to enjoy the coffee there that he said the minimum order?? I ordered 1 Iced shaken cafe latte, and to be honest the taste is just so so, but what dissapointed me the most is not the taste but the service. The cafe should realize that people might want to come to their place firstly not because of the coffee but because they want to enjoy a coffee with a view. So be kind to the visitors who were willing to go up to 9th floor to buy your coffee. Treat them nicely, and most important dont said to them anything that not true like minimum order only because you dont want them to sit and dine in!! Fyi the staff who said the minimum order is a man with long hair and...

Unfortunately, had a VERY bad experience here. We were a group of 5, dropping elderly mum and baby off to rest at the cafe while the rest of us took of elsewhere. Got a table for mum, and when she went to order her drink, the guy at the cashier rudely questioned her, “only ONE drink??!!“ (Presumably because he saw our group) After that, when she asked for some hot water so that she could make bottled feed (powder milk) for baby, the guy and girl at the cashier very rudely declined her. Mum even offered to pay but they still refused. I mean, how inhumane can they be to deny an infant some simple bit of hot water so that he can feed? I understand it could have been cafe policy, but having worked as a barista myself, I know it doesn’t hurt to sometimes bend the rules a little to show a little kindness.
The worst part was, when the rest of us returned to pick mum and baby up later (and at that point, the cafe was empty), the guy saw us, made a look on his face and shook his head, then took his phone out to type something and attempted to discreetly take a photo of us. I happened to be looking in his direction when he took the photo, so we went to question him about it, to which he obviously denied. He was afraid to show us his phone. We left it at that and departed the cafe, but him taking a photo of us was completely unnecessary, rude, and disrespectful. He completely crossed the line and invaded our privacy. It’s not like we were causing any nuisance or being boisterous either.
What a terrible experience. Needless to say, we won’t ever be returning and can’t recommend this place to anyone. The drink was just alright and the service was probably one of the worst cafe experiences ever. I include here a photo of the two rude staff. For those who still must patronize this place, would advise to avoid if you see these staff (especially the guy).
*Must however mention that there was one older lady staff who mum observed to be much friendlier and kind...

My friend and I decided to come here for a coffee on a Saturday afternoon. He already ordered and sat down so I went up to place my order. The cashier followed up and asked if I wanted to pair my hot chocolate with a cake. I declined telling him I had a big meal earlier. Everything is still reasonable at this point. After payment I asked if I could have a cup of water. The cashier replied in the most condescending manner. “Fine, I’ll get you some in a moment” He then handed me the buzzer with a big disgustingly patronising smile. It felt like he’s annoyed because I ordered one drink and nothing else! It’s a coffee shop, of course most of your customers come for coffees/beverages!
I sat down and waited for my drink. When it’s my turn, my drink was ready but there was no water. I asked again, this time to a lady staff who was kind and much friendlier. The cashier who served me had heard me too but he turned his back to ignore the repeated request.
There’s another review about rudeness when requesting for water too. It’s the SAME guy who showed attitude. If you’re understaffed to pour a cup of water, why not set up a self-service water station for customers? And if you only sell bottled water, that’s fine too, just let your customers know they have that option. Lots of coffee drinkers would like a sip of water to avoid staining their teeth. There’s absolutely no need for the attitude! Worst I’ve...
