Read moreIt's my first time visiting Club @28 in Crown Plaza Hotel. It's a quiet bar as it's not well known. There is an outdoor terrace, and the view toward Happy Valley is not bad.
The cocktail tasted ok, although it took a long time to get the drink.
The bar is open till 12, and the staff came to ask us for the last order at 11 pm, which we think it's a bit early to do so. But considering how long it takes to get the drink done, maybe it makes sense for them to do so.

It's just a bad service that could ruin people's night and also the place's...

The view is decent at night (slightly underwhelming actually, if you consider its location) and the service feels very welcoming. The overall experience I would say is one of comfort and relaxation so if you're in for the dazzling and the spectacular, then you will be disappointed. But if you're looking for a quiet spot in the middle of the metropolitan, then this is it.
