Terrible service and my first time ever being treated with such a bad disrespectful attitude from the waiter. Arrived for late lunch, specifically asked if they are ok to serve and they said yes and told us to come in. However the old man waiter didn't look happy. He brought us to the table, threw the menu at us and set the table with loud banging sound trying to show us he's not in a good mood. We ordered Bibimbap that arrived in a sizzling hot pot. As we just started eating, 3 waiters came to us and said that they were closing soon and insisted that I paid the bill which was fine with me. This sometimes happen in other restaurants and we understand. However, after 10mins the old waiter came forward and said we need to leave sharp right now as they have to turn off the lights of the restaurant and sleep. How can I finish a hot burning Bibimbap in 10mins?! You guys please show me how you can do it! and plus for that meal is not cheap Hkd 150 per head but being chased and rushed by waiters all through the eating. I finally ate so quickly that my stomach hurted for 2 hours after that. Why not refuse serving us lunch rather than let us come in and watching us eat with disdain and forcing us to leave because they need to turn off the light for an Afternoon snooze. Good Korean restaurants are hard to find in Hong Kong. This is one of the better ones that I have been to in HK. The side dishes served here are very good and is a good sign that the food will be good. They are stingy with the refills and will only give two dishes to ask for a second round. However, the bbq uses a gas grill and not charcoal. You definitely will taste the difference.

The service here is not very good. You will need to proactively get the waiters attention for any help. They don’t do any of the cooking for you and the food comes at a slow pace especially given that the meat is cooked at the table and is raw.

Staff is really friendly here and the food tastes so good. You order through scanning a QR code on a receipt, we ordered beef, chicken and pork, as well as beef stone pot rice and a kimchi pancake. They were happy to give us more of the sides as well.

One thing tho is the use of single use plastics like the straws (which we told them about already, so hopefully they change this going forward.) In the beginning the bbq tray was a disposable one but later a kind staff changed it to the iron one because the meat was taking longer to cook.
