Not a bad go-to spot for sushi. Genki is pretty well known around HK and there are many locations. Having been to a few, the sashimi and sushi here is pretty fresh and the special rolls like the fried tempura rolls are good, but of course one of the fun aspects this place is known for is the sushi being served straight to you on mini trains. Straight forward process for ordering since you just scan the QR code they give you, then food is delivered to you on the trains. Then just pay after you’re done. Don’t expect the best sushi, but still yummy enough to eat for a quick meal with a friend. Very affordable and reasonably priced for what you get. Service was ok.

The plates are delivered via a small train in front of you. Everything I ate was fresh and delivered promptly (I came in at opening time). Green tea, wasabi, and soya sauce free and a paper bag given for face mask storage. This is a better environment than most other Genki Sushi places simply because it's on the first floor of an office building. OK, you have to take a lift up and it can be busy at lunchtimes, but this is a small inconvenience.

Fave sushi place Ive ever had so far. From the food down to their staff. My lover suggested this place, and Ive decided to love it. Seared salmon with black pepper sushi 💯 Dessert: Japanese cheesecake for me Hongkong Genki Sushi, you made my vacation memorable and ofcourse with the man I love the most. ❤️

Came in for lunch yesterday (2.8.2019 Friday ). Central is an extremely busy place during lunch rush hour. I ordered ramen which didn’t come despite waiting 45 mins for it and also had to wait 15 mins for the sushi and the woman who came 10 minutes later after me got her orders before I did ! Shocking / Terrible !! . Must be extremely understaffed. The whole time I saw only one waitress and she was trying to serve a full house ! I felt bad for her. Will not waste my time here again. Don’t waste yours...
