Not a bad go-to spot for sushi. Genki is pretty well known around HK and there are many locations. Having been to a few, the sashimi and sushi here is pretty fresh and the special rolls like the fried tempura rolls are good, but of course one of the fun aspects this place is known for is the sushi being served straight to you on mini trains. Straight forward process for ordering since you just scan the QR code they give you, then food is delivered to you on the trains. Then just pay after you’re done. Don’t expect the best sushi, but still yummy enough to eat for a quick meal with a friend. Very affordable and reasonably priced for what you get....

I ordered ramen which didn’t come despite waiting 45 mins for it and also had to wait 15 mins for the sushi and the woman who came 10 minutes later after me got her orders before I did ! Shocking / Terrible !! . Must be extremely understaffed. The whole time I saw only one waitress and she was trying to serve a full house ! I felt bad for her. Will not waste my time here again.
