I really enjoyed this. I had a very good experience compared to some reviews. I went around 15:30 so it was not too busy at that time. I have walked past during lunchtime and it is super busy! I got a nice table, I was warmly greeted and sat down to eat. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Food comes out quickly. I went with the Signature Wonton Noodles (Standard size). Yes the portion is small but this is a classic sai yong or sai yung, which is a specific term used for a small portion. The standard size I had will provide four bite-size wontons and a bundle of springy egg noodles which are cooked al dente. The wontons are soaked in a flavourful golden-yellowish broth. Food comes out quickly. The noodles were very different to what I have eaten before, they tasted slightly sweet with the broth but I enjoyed it. It was light, simple and comforting on a cold January afternoon. To be honest, the portion size was more than enough for me. I couldn't eat anymore. If you want something more substantial, then have the large portion size or order some other items from the menu. Yes I think it is a little pricey for the portion size but I couldn't fault the meal or service. Restaurant was clean. Small to medium in size. Would...

Very bad service . I ordered a plate of large size ginger and spring onion noodle which cost $12- more than the regular one. I was served the latter and upon asking, the chef claimed that it's the former. The size of the noodle was so apparent that one could judge that it was a regular one by simple looking at it with bare eyes. After some dialogue with a more experienced female staff, the plate of noodle was eventually changed. The exchanged one proved that I was correct. Another unpleasant experience was that I asked for a cup of tea that was served normally and was told that the boiler was out of order and could choose to pay for other drinks. I further asked the same female staff and was told that the water was indeed not fully boiled. Then two cups of water were served to me and my Mrs. a bit later. I have been patronizing the restaurant for some time and the encounter as mentioned was unprecedented. The service and the qualities of restaurant staff were way below standard that has go...

Paid my visit to the shop while I was on a vacation to HK and was recommended with this particular so called Michelin rated Wan Tan Noodle however the noodle was so uncooked and raw which my kids are having hard time to chew and bite.

Besides, the attitude of the staffs especially the old man very rude and reckless. My wife is having an allergic reaction that day and asked for a noodle soup which whether can cater to her condition. The old man staff replied her back with a rude attitude which he told my wife that if she can't eat just go somewhere else to have her dinner or why don't just take vegetarian meal.

Never in my life experienced this kind of rude and irrational attitude by a so called Michelin star rated shop, please do not visit to the shop as the choice is yours whether you wanna get served by such attitude and bad ambiance. Strongly not...

The food was very filling, however for some people it could not be salty enough.I got the herble tea, it smelled sweet but was a bit very little bit bitter.I also tried some porridge(congee), it was very filling and hot -it took some time for it to cool down to my preffered temperature- it was very flavorful too because of the century egg(preserved egg). My grandparents ate the wonton noodles however, my grandfather needed assistance to get the noodles out.So, one of the staff saw this and immediately helped him.The staff also tried her best to speak English, overall the service there is very good and deserves a 5 star. The place was quite cold because, my seat was near an AC.The atmosphere of the place is comfy and cold. But since its cold it makes the food much better.

Went there for early in the morning and they don't have any breakfast set. What a shame. service is so so. Waited a long long time a simple wonton noodle. ( For some reason they didn't put down my order . only 3 customers in the restaurant that time ) the noodle was TINY !!! I think this place is pretty trendy, always filled with tourists. size a bowl is like a kid bowl. the bowl estimate 10 cm diameter, ( half of the chopsticks size trying to make the portion looks big. Taste wise. I like the soup base the most. noodle is ok. doesn't have that plastic taste. Wonton ....is overrated, nothing special .The smallest wonton I even seen. For USD 8. Forget it. first and the last time for me ( HK branch). Would love to try the one in Singapore tho
