From the moment we entered, we were captivated by the inviting ambiance and warm hospitality. A stroke of luck led us here without a reservation, and we were graciously accommodated.

The attentive staff seated us comfortably, facing the talented chefs whose culinary symphony unfolded before our eyes. As we settled in, we couldn't help but notice the awards lining on their walls, proudly showcasing their consistent Michelin Star status for an impressive 15 years! 🏆 It was evident that this restaurant was more than just a dining venue; it was a beacon of culinary brilliance.

Our culinary journey with them began with a delightful surprise - two types of freshly baked bread, including a sweet milk bread that was simply divine where we can also choose the condiments that pleases our tastebuds. Next came a trio of tantalizing Amuse-bouche that we have to devour by order, perfectly paired for a delectable experience, each bite is a burst of flavor.

As we eagerly awaited for the main course, a complimentary soup was served as an hors d'oeuvre, teasing our taste buds while the steak was expertly grilled to maintain its peak taste. The attention to detail and dedication to culinary perfection were truly impressive.

Finally, the much-awaited moment arrived - the Tomahawk Steak with a side of spinach and fries. The flavors harmonized beautifully, and we couldn't resist requesting rice, which they kindly provided despite it not being on the menu. A testament to their commitment to guests' satisfaction.

It is unfortunate that the NO STAR option is not available which the MO Grill & Bar catering service deserves. I tried and ordered a family dinner of Beef Wellington along with other side dishes. In conclusion of ordering, it sent me via a link to a payment system which rejected the CC three times with no definitive reason(s), only to say the transaction was not completed. I am travelling and decided to check with my CC company which did not see any transaction from MO, only to note the coffee I purchased from Starbucks Reserve 30 minutes earlier. I e-mailed MO Cafe's customer service which responded by putting together some kind of antiquated Sales Order and an embedded link. With good faith, I tried that link which connected to the same payment platform MO contracts. Of course, it did not go through again. I e-mailed the staff and ask them to provide me an alternative to overcome this conundrum. Guess what? She suggested to "bank in", aka go to their bank and deposit the total amount. I thought I was in HK in 1982. Is this a service to the consumers? Or is this a disservice? BTW, I only used the same CC to check out of the MO Landmark a few days earlier upon completion of a 7 day quarantine. Should I continue...
