VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. I reserved my table one night in advance, they charge you HK$ 250 per pax for reservation, but they actually really have no customer. I paid the deposit for my table but I had a family emergency that morning. I didn’t expect them to refund my deposit and just ask for the restaurant to allow me to postponed my booking within one month they told me I can only use the deposit within one week. It was so cold and so rude because I already explained to that CS or whoever it is, that my family member just passed away. Apparently, they have a very rigid rule and they can be rude to their customers.

Anyway, because I couldn’t attend and don’t want to waste the deposit, I asked my friends to go instead. There were only two tables of customers. The environment is nice but that’s probably the only nice thing. The food is alright but totally overpriced, definitely don’t worth the price.

I believe that for a restaurant charge this much should provide an overall nice dining experience for the customers including customer service.

Horrible customer service. Firstly it was impossible to get through to them on the phone to make a special birthday request. When I finally got through to them after three days of actively calling, they told me they wanted to charge a $80 additional fee to put a candle on my dessert (which I was paying for) to bring it to the table. To a diner who is willing to pay $2k++ set /pax, $80 would not burn a hole in the pocket. The woman on the phone tells me ‘We don’t provide birthday message for free’ - using the word ‘complimentary’ would’ve been a better choice! It was like I was talking to someone at Genki Sushi. I decided not to dine there. I wasn’t wasting my time at a place where I was already given a cold shoulder on the phone. I much rather be spending a special occasion with a Black Sheep restaurant where the entire team comes out to celebrate to make their guests’ dining...

別來，來這裡是用高價格買茶餐廳最差的服務. The service was ridiculously terrible, a waitress (Akiki AU) scolded us with rude attitude and offensive words when we paid with company staff discount. The original word: 你要show D野证明，不係你話係就係(English: You can’t simply say you are the staff of the company, you have to prove it with your certificates). When she could say plz show proof or anything else, she chose to treat customers like this. (before that, her attitude was very terrible already when we ordered). Ruined our evening. Strongly recommend everyone to avoid this restaurant at all cost.
