Seafood Night in Dot Cod
When you just get in the restaurant, you can see a very little aquarium in the entry, signature photoing point, the decoration is pretty simple, just hanging several paintings on the wall, quite crowded for the night
Seafood Capellini consisting of devonshire Crab, crystal prawns, scallops, clams lovers and basil, capellini having pretty strong tomatoes sauce with soft mild capellini, you get big shrimp, and clam
Lobster Paella is making of sundried tomato, olives, chorizo and parsley. i like the lobster tasting nice and sweet with mild tomatoes sauce but paella rice would be better if having stronger taste
Classic Fish and Chips, using atlantic haddock which a saltwater ray-finned fish and thick cut chips, Side dish is mashed peas and sauce gribiche. Crispy Fish fillet with mayo sauce is yummy, just like the one i’ve had in london haa so typical english dishes, it’s well cooked with ref-ridged fish fillet
Waited around 20minutes for freshly cooked Seafood Pie maxing of potato crust, salmon pieces, white fish, sea scallops, prawn and seasonal vegetables is very smooth and well smashed, but salmon seems taste a bit light almost tasteless so sad as a main ingredient in this pie
Black Cod Bouillabaiss is with mussels, clams, saffron potato and tomato. Black cod is well fried with crispy skin and strong sea flavor insides the cod, i like this good quality of cod
Some of the dishes are quite outstanding, esp the black cod, others in average standard, it’s good to have tranquil environment (we are insides the rooms with only few tables there haa) for gathering

Also it's down at the basement, the entry is just a small opening at the Prince building, could be missed easily. They do have lunch set with a starter, main and tea/ coffee, add some extra money for the dessert optionally. I came here like 1-ish and was able to get a seat straight away. I got a lobster bisque for starter, it's very thick and almost salty. Then i had a barramundi as main, it was so-so, quite thin and not too much flavour. Then a black tea to end the meal. Yeah it was fine. I wanted to try some oysters too but don't think it's good for lunch yet. Sad to see it closing in 2 days as Prince building is going to have a...
Read moreFood here is great each time I come and the prices are fair for what you get. The lunch here is great. It’s in a good location so easily reached. Highly recommend for client and business lunches. For those who like oysters, they have a great discount for them every Wednesday.
It’s not your high end Michelin star restaurant but it’s a no nonsense, clean, and simple western seafood restaurant.
They also have a bar with bar food so dropping by for a quick refreshment is good.
Staff are mostly efficient and the managers are friendly, each has a...
