It is 12:20 pm, and I finally collected my order. The estimated pick-up time was 11:42 am, as shown on the app. It was the longest wait time ever, about 30 minutes. It seems they missed my order and started preparing it while I was there. The lady in the white shirt just told me the order was not ready and then ignored me in the next second. How rude! I was waiting outside the restaurant in the T3 rain with my dog, speechless. The restaurant was busy, and I was standing outside with no staff helping. They just ignored me, as if I was blocking their entrance. Is it normal for pick-up customers to be treated poorly compared to dine-in customers? Finally, another guy told me it would be ready in a few more minutes. What a terrible customer service experience! I will never order take-out from...

The steak was beautifully cooked—tender, flavorful, and exactly how we like it. Hats off to the kitchen for delivering such a standout dish.

Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by a deeply unpleasant moment as we were leaving. One of the male waiter made a racial comment that was completely inappropriate and offensive. It left us shocked, uncomfortable, and frankly, ruined what could have been a perfect evening.

It’s heartbreaking when great food and warm hospitality get tarnished by something that should never happen in any establishment. Respect and kindness should be non-negotiable, and we truly hope management addresses this seriously.
