I used to be a Pierre Hermé fan; however, this store has made it impossible for me to provide this company further business.
I visited this store twice to purchase a gift, and in both cases, I was unable to make the purchase. In the first because I was unwilling to wait for the sole employee to get off the phone after waiting for 10 minutes without being served, and the second time after I arrived at the store as they were closing, without explanation, 2 hours before the posted closing time. I confirmed as well, and the closing time was posted as 9pm.
