Went 15+ times because it was convenient. Not anymore.
Noticed they had a stack of branded cards hidden behind the cashier, asked what it was and only then found out they had a loyalty card.
It’s always the same dark skinned lady who makes my drink and after seeing me so many times she never even thought to ask if I wanted a loyalty card.
I asked why she never told me and she had a poor response and I’ve never been back ever since. Read moreAVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! If you want to pay a ridiculous price for an awful drink and terrible customer service, feel free to visit this place. First, the staff member with glasses was chatting happily with her friend, and I had to wait for them to finish. When I asked a question about the drink, she looked at her friend and laughed, as if I had asked something stupid. It was rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Second, the drink was just awful. I paid $42 expecting decent quality, but instead got an overly sweet mess full of syrup, yet at the same time, the tea tasted interestingly bitter. It tasted nothing like authentic Hong Kong-style milk tea. The pearls were far too soft, more like tofu, probably overcooked.
This place seriously needs to retrain its staff and improve its management. Actually I’m starting to wonder if they ever received proper training in the...

At first I don’t want to order the ones with boba (not a fan of) so I asked for recommendation. They recommend me number 10. But then after awhile I decided to include the boba and give it a try. Ordered and kinda regret it not trying the original menu (with boba).
But then after I gave it a try turns out I kinda liked the boba. They’re sweet but not to sweet, chewy and in the right mixture, the boba blend very well with the tea. The milk tea was thick. Also decided to go with the original amount of sugar (a little bit to sweet for me) but still fine. Fortunately they’re good and would like to try other menu if I go back.
Because of Silk., I went to Lee Tung Avenue and they’re really nice for sight seeing (different vibes...
