Sky Cuisine, before the pandemic, is one of my favorite spots in HK for true Hong-Kong Style and Southern Chinese Cuisine. The relationship with the staff is complicated since I don’t speak any Chinese, but if you can move past that, you will enjoy some awesome authentic foods. The menu, and ordering in the evening is tricky, I chose by seeing what was on a neighboring table to my surprise and delight. Also, if they give you a menu with pictures, it represents a very very limited array of choices, which in reality are immense. Be careful when you order with the only english-speaking waiter in these type of venues, since 99% of the time they will suggest tourist plates and inapropriate tea. The dim sum is amazing as well, but here again you may have to navigate a little to get the right pics, as well as the right tea. For the slightly adventurous, enjoy.
