Sky Cuisine, before the pandemic, is one of my favorite spots in HK for true Hong-Kong Style and Southern Chinese Cuisine. The relationship with the staff is complicated since I don’t speak any Chinese, but if you can move past that, you will enjoy some awesome authentic foods. The menu, and ordering in the evening is tricky, I chose by seeing what was on a neighboring table to my surprise and delight. Also, if they give you a menu with pictures, it represents a very very limited array of choices, which in reality are immense.
