First day of 2025, coming to starbucks to have my favoriteee mocha hahaa and mocha in starbucks is one of the best mocha i have, many others simply having either too many caffeine or having no chocolate at all lollll, so far i love mocha in starbucks since the first time having mocha haaa

asked for extra cream on top, and the staff is really generous, pressing full of cream insides my mocha hahaa, i’m lovein those cream a lot haaa, i love the perfect sweetness flavor of this mocha, won’t be too bitter or too many caffeine and the flavor is just right for meee haha a happy good start for a day yaya

The wood styled environment is so relaxing, and i like a little christmas tree at the entry haha, such a good background yaya, happy new year everyone, having a wonderful year(;

First time using the Starbucks app and honestly, I’m pretty disappointed. I placed my order ahead of time, thinking it would be ready for pickup as promised—especially since the store was super empty. According to the app, someone was supposed to bring my order out to me, but I ended up waiting for way longer than expected. No one came out, and it felt like I’d been forgotten.

When I finally went in to ask, they had my drinks ready and my receipt right there, but not a single apology or explanation. It was like I was bothering them by just picking up my order. Isn’t the whole point of the app and mobile ordering to make things smoother and more convenient?

Really hope this was just a one-off glitch and not the norm, because otherwise, there’s no point in using the app or expecting the staff to help. Disappointed in both the app experience and...

Hi, for background, I'm a big fan of Starbucks. Coffee and food quality is consistently good and convenient. Their rewards program does what it says and benefits loyal members with perks. There's also great staff working in well designed stores that have an inviting feel and this location is no different.

Only reason for 4 star rating is that compared with other Starbucks locations, the IFC location is so busy that there's often a longer wait for the delicious food and quality coffee which for a customer on the go, can be frustrating from time to time.

So, don't let the 4 star rating deter you from frequenting this location... It's a quality place with great staff, food and beverages. But if you are in a mad rush to get somewhere, just be prepared to wait a little longer. I do this just about daily so it is...
