We passed this restaurant numerous times but never got round to try it, partly because the layout of the restaurant was more like that of a fast food cafe or a Japanese noodle bar with only a few tables. We tried recently for lunch, and it turned out to be a little gem. There were only set lunches on the menu, but the food was of good quality and reasonably priced for IFC, and there were ample combinations of mains, sides, and soups or drinks to choose from. It was also our first time trying out Fukien food. It tasted distinctly different from Cantonese and Shanghainese. BTW, it also appears that they don't add...

Came two times for dinner. The first image is what I ordered during the second visit, which I think is better than what I ordered for the first visit (the final 3 images). Quite good taste with a bit higher price (which is normal at IFC). A small restaurant that is good for one diner or casual gathering. The fourth image is their “cold lamb” which is their signature dish?! But I think it tastes bland and I don’t...

When I come here, I usually order the set lunch. This time, I ordered the fried rice, with blaze mushroom soup and spicy jellyfish for appetiser.

I like the blaze mushroom soup, it’s very warm and refreshing. Highly recommend this soup if you order a set. The jellyfish tasted okay. It was crunchy and had an interesting texture.

The fried rice was good! There were many ingredients as you can see in the picture.

I come here when I want to celebrate or when the nearby restaurants have long queues! It’s a bit pricey but the atmosphere is good and you can...
