Excellent roasted goose especially when it's fresh out of the roaster. It's not as good as the famous restaurants, but it's an excellent choice for a chain restaurant. We always visit 太興 at least once or twice each time we visit Hong Kong. Not all the restaurants serve the same menu thou, which surprise me. Anyway, one of my favorite dish/soup is the 糊椒猪肚湯。This is one of those dishes that's not available at all their locations. My favorite location is at 將軍澳。 There's always a line there during meal time. Get there early to beat the crowd since they may run out of the roasted goose if you get there too late.

The roast goose was really good, as the skin had a lot of crunch and texture meanwhile the pork was soft. The char siew was above average, flavor not too strong and was soft and easy to consume. The milk tea was also really good, as it was not too sweet but also had decent taste. Good restaurant if you are looking for...
