Decent food but the waitress who was taking our order made it uncomfortable as she kept restricting what we ordered. For example, despite it was our first round, she would stop us once we ordered more than three types of skewers! We wanted to have a portion of mushroom each but she reduced our quantity with the assumption that we couldn’t finish them. It was also rude that she left even though we haven’t finished placing our order. She even rolled her eyes and gave a sarcastic attitude when we each wanted two scoops of ice-cream (we only ordered dessert once!).

We finished our food and was reasonable in the amount we ordered. I think it’s ok to advice if some food portion might be bigger than others and good for sharing. However, please don’t restrict what your customers choose to have or display such sarcastic attitude if you intend to have ‘all you can eat’. Best sushi in HK.. Their signature dishes best for me anywhere in the world! Been eating there for 12 years now. Never gets tired. Ask for Jimmy (owner/manager) and get his recommendations for the signature dishes. There is a big menu and you want to go for the special dishes. The tuna Tartar is what people come here for. Also the sashimi salad, the sushi platters (yellowtail is amazing, the O-Toro just melts in your mouth), soft shell crab avocado roll, crispy rice roll with tuna tartare is unique! Cubed beef dish is really really good and the sweet miso sea bass also melts in the mouth. Such a great meal! Everyrhing was spot on and the toro steak was mindblowing! I feel like there has been a serious improvement since my last visit! Really impressed.

The sushi may not he quite as refined as say zuma but i feel it has more charachter and its great not to he in a chain restaurant!

As for the service the waitress spotted my kids were cold and simply walked over and put blanket6on thei shoulders. Really regreshing in hk.

Its not cheap but it is good value when you put this all together.
