Now that I have left Hong Kong I’m making this review of this company.
I’m a student who has a passion for hot yoga. I found flowga after trial and error in hong kong of looking for a proper hot yoga place. The classes are so unbelievably expensive compared to the rates back at home but since this is a passion of mine, i waited til black friday to purchase a package with Flowga. My new years resolution was to go to 2 classes a week and I was excited and ready. I lived over an hour away and getting to the classes when i worked full time was tricky but i still really tried when i could. When boom the unimaginable happened and I lost my job in Hong Kong. I had to go back to the United States out of nowhere and I couldn’t finish my package as now I only had a month and a half to get the most out of Hong Kong. I wrote this company explaining my situation. I understand a no refund policy, but have a little humanity. I lost my job and I’m a student. I’ll attach the response i received after explaining my situation. I lost around $350usd (about $2800hkd) to Flowga after I lost my job and I’m still taking online classes. I asked if the classes could at least be transferred so they wouldn’t be wasted. Well they’re being wasted and I can’t be there to do anything about it. These classes aren’t worth the money in my opinion. I hope the instructors at least get paid well.
Also let me say i had said a phrase “Why do businesses in Hong Kong do this” and I worded it wrong. Most businesses in Hong Kong get you to buy a package at any cost. So I had bought another package somewhere and they were more than happy to transfer my remaining funds to a friend because of my sad situation. Flowga seemed money hungry, and is the only business who could not work with me when i had a very unfortunate situation happen to me. That’s not a family yoga feel I was going for and I don’t want this situation happening to anyone else so be cautious when buying...

The staff and instructors are incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a positive atmosphere that makes every visit enjoyable. I appreciate how approachable and supportive they are, whether you're a beginner or more experienced.
The class sequences are energetic and engaging, ensuring that I never feel bored. Each session challenges me in new ways while keeping the energy high and the vibe fun.
One of the best aspects of Flowga Studio is the non-binding contract. This flexibility allows me to participate without feeling locked in, which is a huge plus for my lifestyle.
Overall, I highly recommend Flowga Studio to anyone looking for a great...
Read moreA new-opened hot yoga studio close to central MTR. I am a new practitioner for yoga and this is the third yoga studio I join in HK. I have done more than 15 classes in the past 3 weeks and tried different instructors. They have different styles but are all nice and professional. The class is instructed in a dark environment but you got the chance to calm down and focus on your body and the alignment. I like the music playlist and always feel energized during the class but relieved at the end of the class. You can take a shower here and feel so refreshed after sweating a lot. And they provide clean towels and clean the floor and mats throughly after every class. Currently they have special offer for unlimited pass for two weeks and it's definitely a good chance to try different classes and find the best one that fits you. Highly...
