Trafalgar — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

Went here with my colleagues for a farewell lunch. . We each ordered different lunch sets, which included a soup of the day or salad, one main course, dessert and drink.

The soup of the day was Mushroom Soup. Served with a long ladyfinger, the soup was creamy.

For the main course, I chose Pumpkin and Asparagus Risotto. The risotto was prepared with cream sauce, parmesan cheese, garlic, onion, pumpkin, asparagus and white wine. It had a rich and grainy consistency.

My colleagues ordered Char Grilled NZ Sirloin Steak, Roast Chicken Tikka with Yoghurt Mint Sauce, Penne Shrimp Alla Marinara and Hawaiian Cheesy Jumbo Hotdog respectively. I didnt really try their dishes, so I cannot comment on the taste. However, I noticed that the sweet potato fries served with the sirloin steak were crispy and well-fried.

The set also included dessert, which was a chocolate brownie. It was not that fudgy compared to other brownies. . As a Western resto, the price was reasonable considering that it included soup or salad, a main course, dessert, and a drink. The environment was a bit crowded, but overall we were able to sit...

Spring time, and a good time to have a beer to chill with.

There are many bars with standing tables along Lockhart road. But you always please with rooftop bars with balcony. And trafalgar is exactly one of these good pubs you could enjoy some freshly air with a good pint.

It may not located at the core of Lockhart road, still it is very convenient if you are nearly southorn playground. They offer a wide range of draft beers, and many good selection of bottle beers from UK. Moreover the snacks and main courses are pretty nice of which you can spend a while afternoon here to chill with your friends.

If I was correct, some Newcastle soccer players have visited this pub before. So you could see this is a very authentic British pub with not only drinks but also pool table. Good to grab a drink there if...

A well-known British-style pub, of many years pedigree, secreted away on the 5th floor. Sit on the balcony if the weather is fine. I paid two visits. Excellent service by the Filipino bar staff - hard-working, polite and funny. A great range of both tap and bottled beers and cider, as well as spirits, wine etc. I enjoy English bitter and Theakston's Old Peculiar - Perfect. Wide-ranging bar menu.
