got to try the newest items on their menu! with their brekkie plates portion, you’ll definitely leave this cafe feeling full - in the best way 😆🤰

🫐 fruits & ricotta toast (⭐️) 🍅 blistered cherry ricotta toast 🥒 vegetarian brekkie plate 🍔 bbq pulled pork burger (⭐️) 🍗 chicken breast salad with pumpkin purée 🍞 molten lava brioche french toast (⭐️) 🍵 hot matcha latte ☕️ flat white (⭐️)
had to give a shoutout to their french toast! their fluffy toast is filled with generous earl grey cream that oozes out as soon as you cut into it😋 topped with mascarpone cream and a handful of fresh fruits, despite its decadent presentation, the dish is surprisingly not heavy at all! it’s my 2nd time here and their quality is still as good as ever🥰
also my fave part of the coffee shop is how they have a separate dining area towards the back side of the cafe💙 it feels secluded and cozy at the same time, providing a peaceful break from the busy streets of...
Read moreCoffee taste special, food taste good. A bit pricey, especially the food. Chairs are super uncomfortable, no backrest, seat is hard, so need to sit leaning forward whole time, for coffee shop setting, this kind of chair is pretty bad selection. Location is kind of in the middle of nowhere, need to walk over 10 mins from MTR. Outside the coffee shop is bus stops and quite noisy and busy, and then next to the shop is an Indonesian resto, we went there on Sunday, lot of Indonesian gathering outside the shop waiting for their resto to open, so it's quite crowded outside the shop. We went during breakfast time on Sunday, empty shop. Some staff are not very polite, and they chit-chat loudly behind counter, customers can hear clearly what they talk about. Not really for people who want to have a relaxing chill quiet...
Read more#toast 459 — been hunting for the best French toast in Hong Kong and found hogan coffee’s seasonal “molten lava French toast” through Instagram. Their seasonal flavor was pandan for the custard/ molten lava part on the day that I went.
personally felt that the cinnamon flavor came off rather strong and it contrasted hugely with the pandan custard — I think I would’ve enjoyed the earl grey cream more as a pairing. aside from that, the bread was warm and very nice textures overall but the flavors itself for me was a bit too clashing.
Seats were comfortable and there are 4-5 seats behind the bar.
