Good local food with lots of varieties, such as instant noodle with spam and toast, fried chicken wings, fake shark fin in small bowl, pineapple bun, fish balls, Siu mai, etc. The cashier is very nice and provides lots of recommendations to customers who first come in. 今天經過「天荷坊」被門口大餐牌的「即烘」兩字吸引，於是立刻選購一份簡單的菠蘿油配熱奶茶 。

小店是快餐店線購票形式，收銀員也先道明牛油有機會會被熱菠蘿包熱熔，但我也想嘗一嘗。

很快地，服務員為我端來我期待的懷舊港式美食，大大個對半切開的菠蘿包已焗得軟綿綿，打開看看牛油果然已經接近溶解，我也急不及待 大口大口開懷地吃 ，雖然吃到牛油的甘香，但消失了牛油少許的咀嚼口感。

個人喜歡烘烤的菠蘿包，面脆內軟夾牛油片，入口時，牛油呈半軟狀態是最佳口感，當然，這份理想...
